The Sims TeamDoes the game launch at all? Yes, my game launches. I encounter endless white screens or full on crashes whenever I try to leave my residential lot or queue up interactions for my Sims. My problem started after installing the August 2025 patch and installing DLC.
Does the game load, but buildings, lots, worlds, or Sims are missing? No
Is this happening to every save, or one specific save? I tested an different save that I had from 2 years ago and I experienced the same issues as in my main save file.
Does this happen on new saves as well? I have not attempted in a new save.
Do you use mods? No
Have you tried repairing your game while mods are removed? Yes, I have repaired my game over 10 times and the issue is still persisting
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game? I have uninstall and reinstalled twice and I still have the same issues.
I attempted using the game with the new Memory Boost feature today in the hopes of the game improving, but it is still having the same issues. I included crash files that I have from the past couple of months. I hope someone can help me out.
