Liking the likes/dislike system so far, especially how it effects autonomy. Though it looks like the moodlet and emotion system is interfering again; Patina has no problem grooving to music she hates because she was in a good mood. Hopefully the increasing negative emotions have a bigger impact in the long run.

TV channel is absolutely ridiculous, love it. :D

Omg the new channels!!???

Loving it in general but definitely making a bad decorator now.

Why is everyone overusing the word "bonkers"? It's a very weird new trend.

Some notes

• More tablet-based interactions. I know searching for the internet is useful, but I'm tired of these. I never do this, instead of just telling us what they want. But I'm sure other people have had different experiences, so I don't think it's unrealistic or anything. But I'd have rather they pulled out a magazine or something, just to change things up.
  
• I think I saw them looking at color swatches, though. That was cool.
  
• The sims interactions menu is still a mess to navigate.
  
• I like the wallpaper.
  
• Those designer commercials they showed looked more fun and engaging than the actual game career. :V
  
• The modular stuff seems kind of cool. And finally, we have a TV stand on the wall. No more relying on bb.moveobjects. Hope we get different styles of them in the future. Being able to move everything up is super convenient, too.
  
• I hope we get more of them in the future, period. Cabinets have been infamously neglected in the past, so.
  
• I like the album and before/after thing. We do that all the time in my job. The graphics and music were cute, too.
  
• I wonder if we'll get an occult preference? I don't see anything for liking/disliking ghosts, but maybe they forgot about them and we'll see likes/dislikes for occults in other packs.
  

I can't wait to make all of my Sims dislike playing video games. o:)

Haha, we're gonna have some fun with those dislikes, I can tell!

I'm a bit conflicted. It doesn't really feel like it has enough gamelay for a gamepack. Sadly, the kid's tent is just recycled animations and it really bothers me that they didn't put a toddler bed that matches the furniture of the pack in it. More importantly, one that matches the bunk beds of the pack. I'm also bothered by the fact that the walkin closets aren't animated. I was hoping sims quickly browsed through their clothes before changing. The NPC client fading out of existence also really bothered me, why didn't they code him to go to the edge of the lot? The mini reveal trailer is phenomenal though, I loved that.

Favorites looks amazing though it's not really part of the pack. It really reminds me of the "Interests" of TS2 and I'm all for it. I'm not sure I like how easily it is to change them though, because it makes them not feel as impactful and meaningful which is a problem TS4 has as a whole, with things not mattering. But they are well done overall and I'm really exited for them.

EDIT: The CAS for males was really disappointing, maybe a side from one top asset and the slightly baggy cargo pants. The short hairstyle is almost exactly the same as a City Living hair.

It looks a bit better than I expected, but I still don't foresee ever using the career. But, there were just a few things from BB and CAS that I liked, so it moved from a "hell no" to a "maybe someday on sale" for me.

On the other hand, the likes/dislikes system is amazing, and the new hair is great, so I can't complain too much when I will have such good free updates to entertain me a bit until the EP.
