I think that you should keep in mind that when Simmers talk about fixing Townies that they want them to reflect on previous games along with giving them warm and cold-weather outfits. Meaning that Simmers want the characters to look like they did in previous games. Fake Gamer Girl did an awesome job when she remade these characters to look like their Sims 2 versions. What we saw on the live stream did not really reflect the previous versions of the characters. If I had to choose between what was shown and what we have to keep in my game, I would probably keep what I have. However, out of the four I liked Mortimore the most.
I think you can tweet directly at simgurujessica as I believe she was the one taking feedback and also responded to some feedback on Twitter. I might have the wrong guru though I'm not sure.
