Please consider upgrading the whims system. One of my favourite ways to play my Sims games is doing what my sims what to do, and living their lives the way they want to live it. The whims system has been forgotten and needs some attention. Not only that but it is very shallow, sims only ever wanting to buy things, or do things that don't really make sense. I'd love to see whims more focused on sims traits, aspirations, job and skills, and less on interesting features that just happen to be in the game. Adding likes and dislikes, deeper personalities (not just more traits) memories and fears and connecting these to whims is something I feel will help truly bring the sims to life.
