The sims for me is a generational type of love, as a child I watched my Grandmother and my Mom play The Sims 2. I then went on to discover a love for this simple game also with The Sims 2. I can’t tell you how many copies 10 year old me bought of The Sims 2 Double Deluxe because I played them so much I wore out my disks. My love for the sims only grew with The Sims 3 I’d go over to friend’s houses after school with my copy and my laptop until I eventually wore out that disk too. Now we’ve reached our current iteration, this game allows me to be creative in ways I can’t in other creative hobbies. The Sims I make I feel a genuine connection with, I laugh along with them and I cry when they die. This series started as something I’d watch family or friends enjoy to something that has become a way to express myself and connect with not only the people in my life but the Sims community as a whole. I’m forever grateful for The Sims and will continue to be a part of the community for a long time to come. #TheSimsGiveaway
