Hello Commanders,
We are ready to update the first set of worlds with 21.4 in preparation of the WCS 2021. Yes, you read correctly! We will soon tell you more about that but for now let’s talk patch notes!
This update contains the latest changes before the end of the year, so we hope you are looking forward to this small update.
The maintenance will take place at 07:00 – 15:00 UTC on Wednesday, November 03rd. We will take world after world offline for the update, then return them for access to players the process of this maintenance. This process will take about an hour for the worlds to complete, progression on the worlds is halted on the worlds during the downtime.
Below are a list of changes and the worlds selected for the first round of the Update.

The warning for losing the protective shield on new or respawned bases has been reworked to work on worlds with higher max level

Changes:
- Invalid User/Base names should now be detected much sooner
- Offensive POI modifiers are now displayed in battle prep and combat
- Number of Bases and Player Level are now displayed in the MY Games tab
- CiCs now have options to allow substitutions to issue alliance invites & place markers
- Substitution rules set by a world are now listed in the substitution options
Bugfixes:
- A visual bug has been fixed that kept counting offensive repair time for destroyed bases that do not generate offensive repair time
- Base shortlist should now deal better with user scripts
- DST time display has received some improvements for correct display
- A bug has been fixed that displayed invalid promotion options in alliance roster
