Attention, Commanders!
As there is some confusion about the new colour scheme, we want to clarify here what the new colours mean, and why we chose them.
This colour changes were, amongst other things, made to facilitate the gameplay for colourblind players.
We hope this settles all ambiguities and makes our intentions easier to understand.
As there is some confusion about the new colour scheme, we want to clarify here what the new colours mean, and why we chose them.
- No relationship players or alliances are now white, as this is the most neutral colour of all, and does not have any other positive or negative meaning.
- Allied alliances are green, because green is easy to identify as allies, as this colour is always used for allies.
- Alliance members are dark blue, because it is a positive, not-alarming colour.
- NAP-Alliances are light blue, because it is a similar colour like alliance members, and basically signals the same.
- Enemy-Alliances are red, because this is the most attention-catching colour and is used for enemies in most other situations as well, so it's easy to regcognize.
This colour changes were, amongst other things, made to facilitate the gameplay for colourblind players.
We hope this settles all ambiguities and makes our intentions easier to understand.
