we want you to know we are aware of the current issues with the games login and world access. We are working on a solution and will keep you updated. These issues are caused by some interruption in EAs Login and account management system and affect every of EAs online services, not only our game.
Due to the nature of the issue, this has also some knock-on effect on aspects of the game for players, mainly the supply inventory. Rest assured the system is not letting your crates or packages go to waste, there are safety mechanisms implemented to prevent that. As such, purchase or activation of packages or crates may however be rolled back if an error in the transaction occurs - due to the interruption in the services.
