EA and Envision are aware of the issues currently facing the log on screen and inability to get onto worlds.
The are currently working on a solution as they know the cause.
For me, using the worldbrowser link: https://gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer.com/WebWorldBrowser/index.aspx worked. It may not work for everyone but is worth trying.
