Hello Commanders,
During the performance of the data center maintenance on Tuesday, April 9th, 2024, we experienced issues that caused a delay in the update's completion. The wrong backups were reinstated causing some worlds to show an outdated status. 36 worlds were affected in total, and we had to take them offline for a longer amount of time than anticipated.
All issues have been fixed now and the affected worlds have returned to normal. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
Everyone, who was affected by this issue, received an item-bundle of the following:
- 5x command points
- 2x offense repair time capacity +18h for 30 days
- 2x package amount +4 for 30 days
- 4x Offense repair time +12h
Please note that the item-bundle will only work in the affected worlds.
All players, who bought items after maintenance and before the reset, will be reimbursed. Please contact @ee_skyfyre8 via pm including your account name, the world and the lost items.
