Galaxy of Heroes Google Play connection
The last few days i havent been able to play the game. I had played during the day but that night when i tried to log in i recieved an error message. The mmessage said the connection was broken and that i had to log in. I tried that multiple times but got the same mesaage. I then started a new account and after the intro tried to load my old account through EA but recieved a error message with the erroe code 9.0. I tried reinstalling the app and google play. Logging in and out. Clearing the cache and restarting my phone. Has any encountered this problem before and knows what I can do so that I can play again? Sent a message through the game but said that i would recieve a message in game. Only if they send it to the account that i cant get into i wont be able to do anything with that information...error code 201
als ik battlefront 2 opstart lukt het volledig er staat dat ik een connectie heb en alles kan doen. Maar zodra ik een multiplayer potje in wil gaan. Krijg ik na een paar seconden error code 201. Heel soms werkt het voor 1 potje. Maar dat is zelden en na het potje krijg ik weer de error code als ik er nog 1 wil starten. Ik heb het volgende geprobeert om het op te lossen: opnieuw opstarten, van wifi verranderen, opnieuw installeren, console volledig uit en weer aan, DNS veranderen en van account verranderen. Als iemand een oplossing hiervoor weet zou ik het graag horen
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Jehda jump bug
Hallo, I found a bug while playing the game that I would like to report. What goes wrong is that when you are on Jedha and reunited with Merrin, you have to jump on a block to get to a beam that takes you further. But I can't make that jump. I tried for over an hour but kept failing. Several people on Steam are experiencing this same bug. Can you please fix this?

Hallo, Tijdens het spel stopte mijn besturing, zowel keyboard als controller met werken in het spel Jedi Survivor. Andere games getest en deze werken naar behoren. Wordt deze bug gerepareerd? Of zijn er al patches hiervoor? Op internet kan ik geen oplossingen vinden, alleen maar andere mensen die de zelfde problemen ondervonden als ik heb met deze game. Hopelijk heeft u een oplossing, ik kan namelijk nu de complete game niet meer spelen. Terwijl ik hem bijna uitgespeeld heb zonder enige problemen. Met vriendelijke groet, Maarten Jetten
Jedi Fallen Order save disappeared XBOX Series S
My JFO save game just disappeared, and I'm all the way back at the gladiator games thing. I had actually just defeated the 9th sister and travelled to Dathomir. All of that is gone now. I tried deleting the save file and letting it reset from the cloud but that changed nothing. I mean I'm not bullshitting here, it surely should be visible in my account somewhere with my achievements that I really got there. Can EA do anything for me? If this means I have to do it again I'm done with this game and its bugs. It's too frustrating.
SWTOR issues since EA Play
I tried to switch over to EA Play but SWTOR isn't on there. Origin not available anymore. Efforts to make contact for help from EA went unanswered. I tried removing and reinstalling the game but now it remains stuck on downloading in the patcher. I'm tired of not being able to play a game I've tested and paid for at the very beginning of it years ago. To suddenly be unavailable without any warning. Please, just help me here.
