Re: my origin will not load

I'm a mac user. And client doesn't load. I'll attach an image of the situation. 

hi i tried to run as administor and it didnt work.

non of my games work.

i hit lunch or play and nothing happends.

what can i do ?

@Coccentrone  Troubleshooting Origin in macOS is a bit different.  Start by running the Origin reset tool:

If that doesn't help, do a clean uninstall, and when you reinstall, don't allow the beta version to run.  Here's how to clean uninstall Origin:

@guy729  I'm not great with troubleshooting Origin in Windows, but you can try clearing its cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling "the hard way" and reinstalling.
