my origin will not load
I have installed and uninstalled origin multiple times and each time I have the same problem: origin won t fully load. I don't know what it is but It just wont load up.

Community ManagerDo you get a specific error when you launch it up or does it not launch up at all when you click on it in Origin? One of the most common reasons Origin doesn't launch is due to an anti-virus or firewall that's restricting it. Be sure to add Origin to your anti-virus exceptions list. Right-clicking on Origin and running as administrator should help too.

I'm a mac user. And client doesn't load. I'll attach an image of the situation.
@Coccentrone Troubleshooting Origin in macOS is a bit different. Start by running the Origin reset tool:

@guy729 I'm not great with troubleshooting Origin in Windows, but you can try clearing its cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling "the hard way" and reinstalling.
