Hey @Inferators as Frost Punk is not an EA game then the level of support that we can offer is limited. I tested the game just there and it's working fine so the issue is most likely a system issue.

Let's start by repairing the game @Inferators.

You can do this by opening your My Game Library and right-clicking on the game tile and selecting Repair. This will then check your files for any issues and should it find any fix them.

Hey @Inferators I know you mentioned it in your post but just want you to go ahead and try to repair it again to see if you see the same error.

@Inferators also... i know that sounds crazy, but can you update the Windows to the November 2019 build (yours is the may 2019, the spring build). Keeping the OS up-to-date is a requirement lately, with patches being dependent on certain builds and so on.☹️
