I Lost my The Sims 4 Product Key AND can't remember wich Origin Account i used

So i bought the sims 4 in 2017 and played it on my old laptop...Now that i got a new one i wanted to play The sims 4 and i found my disc but unfortunately i dont have the page with the product code....When i try to login to origin it says i dont have any games registered (Maybe i registered the game in another account i honestly dont remember) ..And now i have both of my discs but cant play the game....Is there a way for EA vertifying i have the game by providing them with a serial number or pictures of the discs i dont know...to proove i have the game and i just miss my product key and access to the origin account linked to it...Please help
