FIFA 23 PC - in almost unplayable condition
Dear players and fans of FIFA and FC games, I recently purchased the boxed version of FIFA 23 on sale, and I feel deeply deceived by EA. Please explain why the final FIFA 23 PC version is so flawed. I'm referring to saving settings in various modes—for example, in FIFA World Cup 2022, it’s impossible to save match length, camera, radar, and other options. In the UEFA Champions League – Men’s mode, the camera cannot be switched at all. Not to mention the game’s performance on a fairly powerful PC. I found a lot of advice online, most of which relates to multiple control devices connected to the PC. Understandably, I’m not able to return the game anymore. I'm very disappointed that I paid for something that will never be fixed and is in an unplayable state.Error Codes 216 and 721
I have repeatedly and consistently had issues loading into multiplayer/online games in BF2. I'm not sure what changed as I used to be able to play easily and without issue, but now I cannot load into a match because I constantly get kicked out on both Xbox and PC (they're also 2 different EA accounts since I share my steam). I'm unsure of what to do to solve this issue, as I've tried most of the things that the troubleshooting page suggests, but nothing's working. I've been able to get into a grand total of 1 match out of over 30 attempts
Code redeemed but game not showing in my EA library
Hello, I bought a Sims 3 code from Instant Gaming and redeemed it on the EA App. The code was accepted, but the game didn’t appear in my library. When I try to enter the code again, it says “This code has already been redeemed.” Instant Gaming told me they can’t help because the issue doesn’t seem related to the activation code itself. i don't know what to do, can anyone help?
Shift key for input fields disabled
Game is Steam version Running on Steam-Proton (Linux Zorin-OS 17.2) Tested on: Full game (80GB) and character creator demo (20GB) EA-Help Case number 196990039 Problem: The SHIFT key is disabled for ALL input fields. No left shift, no right shift, no shift-lock is working. Keys with shift appear lowercase like it was never pressed. Result: Not possible to EA login with a password that contains uppercase keys. Not possible to reset password, as this requires uppercase keys. Your char is denied to have a uppercase name. Savegames cannot have uppercase letters. Is shift generally switched off? Nope, movement for the char has working shift functions. This differs between input fields and gameplay. Every idea is welcome, this is the only steam-proton game without shift key. Hello, With the announcement of the NFS Rivals server shutdown scheduled for October 7, 2025, I wanted to revisit the game and earn the two remaining online trophies I’m missing. I bought the PS4 version back in March 2020, and at the time I had no issues connecting to the servers. However, when launching the game now, I'm prompted with a message with a QR code asking me to reset my EA account password. I did so, but the message kept appearing even after changing the password successfully. After doing some research, I found that this might be due to my PSN account not being linked to my EA account. I checked on myaccount.ea.com, and indeed, no PSN account was listed. When I tried to link it, I received an error saying that my PSN account was already associated with another EA account, using an email ending in @disabled.ea.com. I’m not sure why my PSN was linked to a disabled EA account, so I contacted EA Support. They were able to unlink it and re-link it correctly to my main EA account. However, when I try to join an online game in NFS Rivals on PS4, I get Error 40010000. Since I also own the game on PC, I decided to test it there to see if the issue occurred on that platform as well, and unfortunately it does, but this time with Error 80070000. On my EA account page, I can see that both my PSN and Steam accounts are correctly linked, and all three accounts (EA, Steam, and PSN) use the same email address. I’ve tested other Need for Speed titles on PC (NFS Unbound, NFS 2015, NFS Most Wanted 2012), and they all connect to EA servers without any problem. It seems the issue is specific to NFS Rivals and my account, regardless of the platform I use. One additional detail that may be relevant: I changed my EA username in December 2020, several months after I last played NFS Rivals. I don’t know if that could have had any impact on this issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I’d appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this. My sims 4 game has not been working over the past week. Every time I try to launch my sims game, it will say the game is already running but it is not! This is a brand new MacBook Air, I've already tried repairing, uninstalling and re-installing the app. I've tried App recovery, I called Apple Tech support. They obviously can't help with 3rd party apps so can someone please assist me! Every time I try to contact EA, they are SO terrible and difficult to reach. Why have start case as an option when I can't talk to anyone or they always close my case before it is even finished/resolved! The customer service has declined massively.
Game suddenly not playable
Hello forum, this is actually for my sig-other who plays Dragon Age, plus all the iterations, but is experiencing difficulty - ONLY with Veilguard! this is for a PC: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G @ 3,8GHz + AMD RX 6650XT with 8GB GDDR6 + 32GB DDR4 RAM + onboard Realtek ALC887 sound + onboard Realtek GbE RJ-45 network + MS windows 11 - updates all current + EA Games app - updates all current + AMD Adrenalin - updates all current (v25.6.1) set at 'default' video properties..... She started playing Veilguard in November of last year and seemed very happy with it. From what I saw, game performance was fast enough to be impressive, though she did say she had turned off some gameplay details. the issue is that about five or six weeks ago, immediately after something updated (?), the game became unplayable. Loading at start went from a minute or two to an unreasonable time... 30 minutes? an hour? she didn't say. and game play went from impressive to jittery... frame-by-frame-by-frame. As far as I know, it does not actually crash, and all the other Dragon Age games are playable as before. I have tried uninstalling the video driver and reinstalling it clean. (used Display Driver Uninstaller in safe mode to be sure all old files had been removed). she also tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. also same for the EA app, and clearing the cache. Slippery course no visuals of wet track
Drove the Chinese Gp, the whole race the car is sliding and acceleration out of corners was the worst like the track is wet but the track was dry. When the engineer indicated that rain was coming, the car was "uncontrollable" in slow turns. When drops actually fell, the track remained visually dry. Report code:BGCJ-LXCV-MDJL-GXHD
