insufficient drive space available
So, I am trying to download the Sims 4 onto my computer from Origin. I have been trying for hours but it keeps saying that there is insufficient drive space, but I don't understand because the laptop is brand new. I haven't downloaded anything, pictures, games, etc. I just want to play the game I paid for but I can not figure it out. Everything that is on my computer is already downloaded there from when I got the laptop. Thanks!
Refunded game, still in library months later?
Hi. A couple months ago I bought and promptly refunded Battlefront 2's Celebration edition. Even after getting the refund and my money back, the game has been sitting in my library as if I had never refunded it at all. I was thinking of giving it another chance, thing is I can't buy the game again since it's already in my account. I haven't started the game up since I tried it months ago and I'm unsure if anything will happen to my account if I were to play it. Is it safe, or should the game just be removed completely so I can re-buy it?
