Unfair RP Loss Due to Server/Connection Error in NHL CHEL Drop-Ins
Hello, I would like to report an issue that happened to me in NHL CHEL Drop-Ins. We queued for a match as a team of 3 players. We found opponents, confirmed the match, and started loading into the game. However, during the loading process, I received notifications that my teammates had disconnected one by one. They did NOT leave intentionally — the game itself kicked them out unexpectedly. As a result, I entered the game alone, and the match was immediately canceled. The problem is that only I lost RP/points because of this. I lost exactly 952 points. My rank was Diamond 3, Bar 2, while the opponent I matched against was only Silver 1. I also have a recorded video that clearly shows this issue and proves that it was caused by the game/server and not by us. I would like to ask if it is possible to restore my lost points since this happened because of an error on your side. I can provide the video evidence if needed. Thank you very much.
Sims 3 Black Screen Error
Hello, I have been playing the sims 3 for years at this point and have never had this issue. I redownloaded the game last summer so my 3,000 plus hours are no longer there to prove it. However, I tried the Fullscreen set 0 in Options.ini and that still was unhelpful. I removed mods from the game, and am more confused than anything on what exactly seems to be the problem. If anyone here knows how to fix it that would be much appreciated.EA app logged in old legacy account with me knowing - system bug/glitch
So I opened the EA app on my pc as usual, looking to play the Sims. There were no prompts or indicators to say that the app had signed me out of my main account and automatically signed in an old inactive account. So obviously I thought everything was normal. Saw the new Bridgerton packs for the Sims 4 and purchased them. Loaded the game, I had all of my game saves, my families, but none of the previous packs I've bought and spent a load of money on. Got in contact with EA and found out that the new packs were purchased on a different account. As I told them, I don't know how it's happened because the app never told me that I'd been signed out of the main and signed into the legacy. I repurchased the packs on my main account, but they won't give me a refund even though it was a system bug that caused me to buy them on the legacy account (which is so old I forgot it even existed, since I only use my main account). So they've had double the money out of me now and half is on an account that has been inactive for so long I couldn't tell you when I last signed into it. EA have said they'll investigate it but that there's not a lot of reports about the system bug on EA forums. But I've seen it reported a bunch on Reddit and other sites. Please upvote if you've had this happen or have heard of it before.Black screen?
I can log in and start playing games but when the game is over and I need to go to the next level etc I get a black screen and I have to just scroll out of it and restart the game all over again. I've tried restarting turning off waiting turning back on nothing changes I have an Android cellphone, and I've never been able to play Pogo Slots since I joined Pogo two years ago.
Frequent battlefield V crashes
Hi there, recently as I've been playing Battlefield V, the game will randomly crash and present me with a black screen. I'm not quite sure what's causing this and since I'm not super into the technical aspects of computers I thought maybe one of you could help me figure out what's what. Battlefield Hardline PS4 "You have lost connection to PSN"
Hello, due to the recent announcement of shutdown I wanted to hop back on Battlefield Hardline on PS4 and clean up some trophies that I still need. Whenever I try to enter multiplayer (or premium or the store) I get the message, "You have lost connection PSN and thus lost your connection to the EA servers". Firstly, I have not lost connection to PSN and reading other threads has me thinking this is related to linking accounts. To be quite honest I don't ever remember making an EA account before this one although I might have. When I started playing on consoles again, I played Skate 3 and had to unlink an account from my gamertag that just said something along the lines of "deactivated". Then I linked it to this EA account which I actually use and remember making (mainly for PC games). I guess this deactivated account held my original Hardline progress (which was probably only a handful of matches). I don't really care about that progress I just want to connect to the game and due to EA deciding to implement an AI chatbot instead of a live chat feature like they used to, I cannot reach an actual human about this issue. Posting here is my last resort and attempt to receive any help from an actual human at EA that could potentially remedy this issue. Thanks.
Javelin Anti-Cheat turning off my interface
Like the title says, the anti-cheat keeps detecting my audio interface as a cheat so it keeps causing it to bug out and eventually makes the audio stop working and messes with my microphone settings. I'm using the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th gen. If anyone can update the anti-cheat in any way to stop this from happening. It's been happening since the anti-cheat was updated for Battlefield 1. I have to relaunch my game because of this issue.
