Hey @FenderSixtySix  it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

  • @EA_Darko i have this issue from past 7 days. Tried resetting password, changed email, everything i did, still same issue. Im sure im not hacked. Even advisors are unable to fix the issue

  • Hi, thanks for trying to help. However, I have just tried and no change in the game. I only have one computer, no games consoles and only one email and password is linked to EA.Origin. It was working fine then all of a sudden it wasn't. Nothing to do with my end of things....the issue has to be with EA or Origin or who ever! I'm a bit fed up to be honest....what have people on the chat desk if all they do is fob you off by saying contact the forum and then someone on the forum says exactly the same thing as them. Makes no sense. Meanwhile, I know I'll have a young son coming in from school in an hour wondering if his game is working ok so he can play his personalised cars and try and get them one he's been working towards for ages. Also, we pay good money for these games and then all of a sudden they stop working!! Can't take it back to the shop because there isn't a shop! How do you talk to a manager on here?

    i dont know, but im getting displayed as online playing apex legends while i dont even have origin installed anymore.

    - i changed passwords of both account and email

    - deleted cookies and cache and everything in browser

    - i enabled verification via SMS

    - changed email address

    - i changed the password frequently (after seconds/minutes the same thing happens)

    - i contacted ea support they said my account is not compromised (not hacked)

    - i deinstalled apex legends and reinstalled

    - i deinstalled origin and reinstalled

    - i shut my pc down and went for a walk with my dog and am still showing up online/playing apex legends.

    So my guess is EA servers have a serious security issue these days, its not on our side. 

    Either They got hacked or its even worse....

  • I've had this same issue ever since the patch update. Suddenly telling me that I'm logged in elsewhere, but not showing anything. I updated all of my settings, secondary verification, etc. I do not have another Origin account nor is anyone else in my house using my account. I believe the patch broke something.
