DEAD SPACE 3 CODEX INSERT

Hi guys.

I have a problem when getting to the part to insert the codex in the machine and I can't pass cause the slot is not opening.

Tried everything. Re install the game, played another time from the start, run a registry check and fixed all errors.

I don't know where the problem is. Even checked on youtube if I do everything as it supposed to be done. Done it and still no luck.

Anybody had the same problem?

Any help is well received.
