Don’t buy Anthem Legion Of Doom or any E A games!!

No one should buy E A games!! I bought a brand new game from Best Buy and the extra content that I paid extra money for because it is the Anthem Legion Of Doom edition is NOT showing up in the game!! I have tried to contact customer support several times and no one will help me!! I either get disconnected or they say they can’t help me go back to Best Buy!! Or that Best Buy isn’t a trusted place of purchase to buy E A games!! Then why is Best Buy allowed to sell E A games if they aren’t trusted!! Best Buy won’t help me either because the game is open!! I buy new E A games all the time but you just lost a customer!! All I was asking you to do is patch me a fix to my PlayStation 4 or send me a new code so I can have what I paid for!! But no you won’t!! Please don’t reply back to this with stupid questions, I have been trying this for days and have done a lot of research, so please don’t bother asking if I game share because I don’t!! Also, please don’t ask if I have completed all necessary missions before trying to claim the rewards because yes I have!! It won’t even let me go to the rewards button!! This is such crap!! Like you guys don’t make enough money that you can’t just send me a new code or take the time to patch a fix!!
