Account Linking

you need to Unlink the old one first, before you can link the new one.

unless you got more then one EA Account.

  Step 1: Unlink your Prime Gaming and EA Account

1. Log in to your EA Account. If you’re already logged in, it will take you to the EA Help homepage.
2. Click Contact Us at the top of any page on EA Help.
3. Search for any of the games you get Prime Gaming rewards for.
4. Pick the platform that you play on.
5. Click Twitch for the topic.
6. Click Account link issue for the issue.
7. Click Select contact option.
8. Click the link that says, Click here to unlink with our tool.

If it worked you’ll get a message that says “Your EA Account and Twitch account have been unlinked.”

Step 2: Unlink your Twitch account

Once you’ve unlinked your EA Account from your Prime Gaming account, you’ll need to unlink your accounts from Twitch, too.

1. Go to twitch.tv.
2. Go to your Settings.
3. Click Connections.
4. Scroll down to Other connections.
5. Click Disconnect next to Electronic Arts.

Now that you’ve unlinked your accounts from both ends, you can relink your Prime Gaming account to the right EA Account to start getting your rewards.

I have just done all this and still not working. I have a problem when I am connecting my amazon to ea... prime gaming says its not there end.

I have contact them. They don't have a resolution yet.. apparently lots of people are having these issues..  they said for me to post it on the forum. 

then you just have to wait, until something happens.

where and when, is just a random guess.

if someone from EA, did show and say something.

he/she will probably say something, that almost the same as me.
