You will need to wait for a response from our Terms of Service team @SnowHSDD.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • Ok so this is no help at all, I have waited two weeks just like this person and still have yet to see an email from EA about my case. I sent the case via the contact us link on the EA help website and still have yet to see anything. Please let us know why we are getting no customer service for our issues. Thanks.

  • THIS IS RIDICULOUS. A customer says there is a problem and you gave the customer a possible solution. However the customer says it is not working. Copying the previous possible solution won't help the customer to solve the problem. I am having an identical problem with the person who posted this and I am afraid that I will receive exact same message from you that you copied.

    Hey @eukdaram we are not able to assist with any account, billing or TOS related issues on AHQ.

    If you have a ban or sanction on your account then you will need to raise it with our TOS team.

    We are not able to comment on or assist with TOS issues on AHQ.
