Re: Discontinuing EA Play for PS4 when away from PS4

Hey @shellwege,

The PSN version of EA Play is processed through PlayStation's payment systems, so you should be able to cancel that subscription through PlayStation as well, even if you're not on your console.

I'd first check through the subscription information on this support page to see if that allows you to change your EA Play status as well. 

If that's not letting you make the needed change, reaching out to PlayStation Support directly would be your best bet.
