    Whenever I am trying to contact any EA advisors through phone, email or chat. This is what pops up:
     
    Help solutions currently unavailable
    We don’t have any recommended solutions for this issue right now. 
    You can also try these steps:
    Get community help from other players Answers HQ

    I am trying to change my old email address on my EA account because I changed my Microsoft email address that my account has due to their email rebranding. I have made 7 separate cases about this with no answer, trying to reach out to contact members.

    Hey @Anonymous for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

     

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

    I see recommended topics and call, but I still don't see email or chat. I'm afraid I'm just gonna call them. Thanks anyways.

    Contact options will vary @Anonymous, if it is suggesting a call then this would be the best thing to do.

  • Dark are you a bot? He has stated MULTIPLE times that when he tries to connect with advisor, it says help options are not available. Can your help support actually be helpful instead of giving the same answer?
