I am a Community Moderator and EA Employee here on the forums. 

EA Support does not have a 'Premium Line' for customer support nor do we have a charge line that we direct our players to for support. The way our support structure works is if you wish to speak to a live agent or an agent that can assist with account changes/investigations/etc you will use one of the 3 options below. 

Aside from these options, you can also post here (answers.ea.com) by signing into your EA Account and get assistance from other community members and moderators like myself. 

The number you shared is not one I have seen, nor do we share one as phone calls must be set up as call back on our help site above. 

Based on what you have shared it sounds like you had contacted a third-party service not affiliated with us or posing as us for assistance. My recommendation would be to contact and work with you banking provider for handling refunds and to not use service's such as that for assistance but the official ones listed above.
