Garden Blast-Skip a level
If POGO wants to make some quick money, add an option in Garden Blast to buy a "skip level" pass when on random play. I've completed the last 5 or 6 badges from the same level. I've must of played this over level 200 times. I've use power ups and tried every possible scenario. Quite frankly, I'm sick of looking at this same level. Ultra boring!!
Sweet tooth "sweet play button"
What is the point of the sweet play button? I can find no description of what it is supposed to do and any attempt to use it complete a challenge involving it merely sends me to the same level and shopkeeper every time. Also, no matter which shop i'm in, if I click on next level, it (again) goes to that same shopkeeper and level. Again, this feature does nothing but cause frustration. It does nothing for the game but cause frustration and swearing. It needs to go. Thoughts?
Club Pogo subscription did not auto-renew
I've been a member of Club Pogo for about 20 years and have not had any problems with automatic renewal in the past. Today, 3/2/25, was my yearly renewal date, and I got an email telling me that my subscription had expired. The information for my saved credit card was still correct, and by resubscribing I lost my extra month and 100 gems!Badges for games that don't work
Sweet tooth Sweet play hasn't worked in months , mahjong Sanctuary hasn't either. It is very frustrating to have badges for games that don't work. Jet Solitaire and bejeweled stars don't work most of the time either. I don't think I will renew my membership even though I have been a member since 2007 and my elderly mom loves the site but it is really unreliable .FRUSTRATED
I have been a long time member of pogo (since 2002) and lately i have been frustrated with games that do not work or you cant win without a hassle. Frustrated with problems with games that you know have problems but do not correct them like scrabble freezing all the time, trizzle that no longer works when you update your computer and garden blast where it is impossible to get certain levels. Or level 59 on sweet tooth that is impossible to get. Do not like the new games like lucky cat that takes forever to get points. But what I am most frustrated is that you include these games for badges especially when it is one of a huge challenge that now you cant complete because trizzle does not work on my computer anymore since i upgraded. Also hate when you have to do the badges in order and the one in the middle you cant do so you cant finish the challenge. Also with this new pogi thing spin to win it stopped registering any pogis after 14910. Also why do you have to pay for all the hidden objects games and there never is any new ones. If this continues, i am going to have to find a new game site. And i know you will not respond to this message. NylilladyGarden Blast is a Gem Grabber
I used 40 gems to complete level 520 on Garden Blast. A chest should open and give me seeds for completing this level.The chest will not open and states I need to complete level 520, which I did. I completed level 521 to see if this would open chest and it still gives me the same prompt. As you know we have to pay for gems, so I am frustrated that I am not receiving the reward for completing this level. I reopened the game to provide a screenshot and now it is showing I need to replay level 520, which is ridiculous after I played and paid to complete level. Now I have to replay to get the chest to open? Not to mention I lost 40 gems! EA support is a joke! I have contacted them 5 times and receive the same response "their team will look into the issue and someone will contact you regarding this issue". Every time I check my claim its noted as fixed and closed. I have spent hours trying to contact them through chat. Once you receive a person they tell me the same thing every time... a team member is checking into it! I finally asked to be transferred to a supervisor and was told they are unable to do so. No resolution, It's ridiculous!Rigged games
I love playing your games; however, I detest that as soon as ranking hits a certain point, the games are rigged so that my ranking goes down by over 200 points over several games, and then slowly climbs back up. Why not let true randomization of cards be the rule, instead of obvious rigging of the games??
