What is the point in even paying for a membership when there are people or bots cheating to make it impossible to even win. Doesn't matter what I have reported on other games. I had to reset my browser settings for reasons not relevant here. When I tried to sign in again, I was not given the opportunity to enter my credentials; I was only given the option to sign up for another account. I have paid for my membership and want to access what I have paid for. Trying to reset password, or reset account are not working. And the support options are ridiculous in their lack of answers. I hope someone here can assist. I just want to access my old stuff: playing for close to 20 years is a lot of progress to lose. Thanks for any help. The scoring of this game is so backwards. If you calculate the return on investment for the customer orders, you make fewer purple gems the larger the order. The most efficient way to progress through the levels is to just convert some of the items you produce directly to gems. For example, I have an order for a "Phone of Magic" and a "Table of Spells" that yields 161 purple gems. The cost for those items is 3072 energies. That's a little over 19 energies per purple gem. On the other hand, a "Magic Folder" costs 4 energies and can be directly converted to 1 purple gem. So, if I ignore the order and just convert "Magic Folder" to purple gems, I can get 161 purple gems for 644 energies. That's about 1/5th the cost. In effect, the scoring penalizes you for playing the game. In Jungle Gin, when did it stop giving you points when your opponent quits the game and leaves? I have been within 10 points of winning quite a few games lately and the opponents leave! You are constantly losing your connection...and it is NOT my internet. Hello EA/Pogo members, I just got off chat support whom were unable to assist me in the matter and was unable to help me escalate it to a higher technical department. As with many I'm sure, I had an old Pogo account with a Club Pogo membership back in the 2000's with a lot of history. Gems, badges, tokens, etc. Lost touch with it when I was unable to have more free time to play the games so my account went untouched and Club Pogo membership was cancelled. It wasn't until today I saw that EA is keeping Pogo alive and now I am very interested in getting back into it to relive the old days and some of the nostalgic games. I currently have an EA ID, but this ID is not the same as my old account that I am seeking to recover. I read that accounts before the 2018 migration had to be signed in once during the migration period, however due to having an old AOL account which got disabled around the late 2000's, I never received notice of any migration period, and that I needed to sign in to keep that account. The chat support rep said that the old accounts aren't technically deleted from the system, it's just they can't recover it since it wasn't migrated and more than likely don't have the tools or permissions to do so through chat. I am wondering if there's any technical support reps who roam these forums that could offer me some good news in recovering and possibly transferring my old Pogo account to this current account so that I can continue where I left off. If not, then that's devastating news and I will more than likely just have to take the loss and start over. I would love to see all my old badges and mini items that I had purchased with gems back in the day if that's even still possible. If any support rep can assist me in the matter I'd greatly appreciate it if you can send me a message to my inbox so that I can provide you with my old login details and anything else that may be needed to help verify that it's my account.
