@msjules1970, Sometimes when returning on another day the problem may not occur.  However, if this problem persists, you might try clearing the cache (memory) of your browser. Loading problems can occur if the cache is full or nearly full and the browser cannot store new game information. If you need guidance on how to clear the cache of your browser, click on the link below where there is guidance on how to do that. If you wish, you can also try using a different browser to see if that makes any difference. Google Chrome is a good alternative browser that can be downloaded for free from the Google website.

Also, others have reported problems with Mahjong Sanctuary in the past few days. So it might be a game issue.

I've beaten level 450 twice and when I try to switch locations using the map it tells me I can't switch until I finish all the levels (450) of the previous location. Honestly, 450 is a pain to play and I don't want to play it a third time.
