Lost 2500 gems
So I bought the biggest coin pack and biggest energy pack on merge academy for a bithday presnt to myself since i love to play POGO so much and spent most of it trying to get the highest potion you can get and really power through some of the side games with lots of energy spent the whole day playing my favorite game. but the next morning i got on the game everything i bought and gained the whole day before was gone...I am quite dissapointed and sad all the time and real money i spent is gone.Merge Academy is experiencing Lagging and Not Saving after New Features Added
Merge Academy has gotten very glitchy. The graphics are jumpy. It's sometimes eating items and not merging them. Every bonus choice selection is now saying "we are processing your purchase". And it's taking three times as long to collect the bonuses at the beginning. This processing message only used to happen once in a blue moon. I hope this is not is permanent state. last week i had a problem with tile hero being stuck but then it was resolved the next day; now i am having a similar problem with the page being stuck and i have tried refreshing and even clearing my cache and cookies but am still having the sameproblem and it is very frustrating since i love this gameFarm Merge Valley Constellation Rewards: No Crates Received - August 2026

This comes up saying, lmk4359, it's time to choose your . I click on the button to choose my reward, and it goes to a blank screen saying something broke, to try again later. This is been going on for atleast a week, and can't get my reward. Please resolve this issue.2nd time in a couple of weeks
Solitaire Home Story freezes mid game. Cannot click on anything except to exit the game. Now that the Stickerbook has begun as a new feature of the game, the gifts that are awarded when part of the rooms are completed are regular matching items and occasionally a packet of stickers. Once upon a time, the gifts also included the building blocks of generators that could be built up. The building blocks were also available somewhat irregularly in the marketplace. Currently, there seems to be no way to obtain those building blocks, and worse still, there is no way to get rid of the generator parts that are taking up space on the main game grid. I have learned [the hard way] that the generators can be trashed in the alternate weekly grid, but the main game grid doesn't give you that option. Basically, there need to be more ways to obtain the generator parts, or there should be a way to send the ones to trash that are taking up real estate on the main grid. This is not a new problem, but I've only noticed since the stickerbook sideline was introduced. Thank you for researching this please.Merge Academy
In Merge Academy there are certain tasks that require the Gnome Master (or whatever his name is) in order to generate items needed to merge. I do not have the Gnome Master and thus, cannot complete certain tasks on my list. How can I play they game if I don't have the generators I need?
Mahjong Safari
I am on Asia in Mahjong Safari. My Musk Deer cannot get the food, water or bed. I lost all stars with no result. Also my Goats no longer appear on original part so I cannot update them at all. Really would like to get all of my lost stars back and to play game with normal results again.Solitaire Home Story level 1245
Have not been able to progress past this level for over three days and I don't know how many games. Has sucked my power ups and coins dry trying to beat it. It's not even labeled a hard or super hard level. So what am I doing wrong. The frustration is weekly and event badges running out of time. Please help! Also take to pop up window "to return from full screen" away! Sucks up time when you're awarded infinty time or power ups waiting for it to close. It is placed right over the play button/cards in your deck to play with! Please!matching moments
Matching moments not loading says could not save progress try again, I try and try then it quits page stays black tried 2 pc's, laptop, iPad, iPhone, safari, edge, google, Firefox clearing cache and still nothing have reported to ea and they still have not fixed it, missed 5 badges last week and now I cannot get the badges for the spectacular showcase. Can Someone please fix it.....
