Timed Block Outs
I am an OG of Pogo. Been here since the beginning. U used to GIVE $$ away in Jackpot spins. And yes, I miss tokens. and token spins too. You took away all of the beloved games and replaced them w hi-def games that cost dearly. U cannot win w/o spending money on all these expensive pwrups. I hate to say it but we didn't ask 4 hi def games. we were just fine with the old FUN games. This new games Tile Hero is FINALLY a fun game u introduced, but you get 5 tries to make it thru hard levels and then you have to sit out for a half an hour. WTH? We pay a subscrptn fee. Why should we have to pay extra to PLAY a GAME when we want to? Subscrptn holders should get unlimited tries. This is More of why ppl keep leaving pogo. The greed is getting prolific at this point. Just let us play the games that we want, and for as long as we want to. and make powerups OUR decision to buy or not. They should be affordable and you should get an abundance of them for what gems cost. Please make some changes regarding the cost of powerups and abolish Time-Outs. It is really very sad at this point. And you can keep on sending out surveys one after the other , but we are not going to refer friends and family to a platform that will bleed them dry if they want to have any fun. Or if they actually want to WIN a game. POGO used to be a great place to have fun and meet up with online friends and spend an entire afternoon, but now you better have your credit card handy or you'll be thrown out of your fave game after a few measly minutes. It's just So sad, Please take this message to heart and make changes to bring back that OLD pogo experience. Even with the new games. WE WANT THE FUN BACK!!!!!Tile Hero Not Working - July 2026
I know that they already have something up about it not loading, but mine "loaded" the other day and it said it couldn't load user data and started me over at Level 1. However it won't move past the screen where you can 'help' the person in the story. It says I need 1 star to do a task but won't actually give me any stars to move forward. It's literally been stuck on this screen for days, and I haven't been able to do any of the challenges for this game. Is anyone else having this issue?
Bingo Jam Issue - Not Rewarding Pogis for Completed Challenges
Hello, in The Bingo Jam event that started back on Tuesday I completed 4 corners and I got the badge for that but I did not get the pogi's that it says we are supposed to get, also I completed 1 bingo and 2 bingo ones on the Bingo Jam as well and I did not notice if I got the Pogi's for the those 2 that it says we are supposed to get but I saw some posts on the Member helping Member forums from a few people that said they did not get the pogis for completing 1 and 2 bingos so I guessing I did not get the Pogi's for those 2 either but I am not sure Thank You for looking into this issue Kermitthefrog99Solitaire Home Story Areas Frozen
Weird – I entered Solitaire Home Story and wanted to pick up the free stuff. I clicked on Chores and continued, but the game won’t take me to other areas, like to feed the fish which is in Area One. I tried to use the map to go there and tried to use the arrow. I'm stuck in Area 2 even though I finished areas 1, 2, and 3. Can't go backwards or forward from Area 2. I’m on Edge, but tried on Safari and on Firefox as well. It seems to be account specific to me! I was hoping that clearing/cleaning/rebooting would help but have the same results. I went to the Marketplace to get a rust/orange color key, when I clicked it went back to the farm (NO KEY) I went and tried again and the screen went light blue and froze and NO its not my pc 😒 but I lost 30 Crystals. Either give me my to 2 keys or Crystals back please!! I really like the game & I hate to stop playing! 😞
Problems with games and the last survey
I have been a loyal Pogo player every day except when on a trip sometimes, even then I try to play if I can since 2007 and have been very happy with it with very few problems over the years until this last year, especially the last few months. There have never been very many problems with it over the years and if there were problems they were fixed very quickly or I was compensated if I emailed about it. I have only had to email about something a few times over the years. Lately, there have been several times when I haven't got credited for things. It has been so often compared to what it used be that I have given up reporting them. But I just tried to do the current survey which I thought I had completed ok. It would not accept it. Said there were several problems. I tried to redo the ones it had starred but it would not let me. I gave up and am taking the time to email you. I hope you will be able to clear up the current problems you are having mostly with the new games some of which I do like. Thank you for your attention to my concerns and hopefully you will be able clear up the problems as soon as possible. DecKat13problems trying to play tile hero
I'm on a board that every time it loads it says "Spend stars to complete tasks! Try it out!" Then there is a arrow pointing downwards to a circle with a brick in it with a yellow star and the number 1. I have no stars to play and it does not provide a option to buy stars. In the bottom left corner is a faded out box with a arrow pointing to the left. In the lower righthand corner is a faded out box saying "Complete chapter 17" Top right hand corner has a yellow star and the number 0. Top lefthand corner is a prize box and says 0/12. I have clicked on everything and nothing lets me play or leave the game. There is no store or option to buy stars. I asked pogo sconnie and was told to come here. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP
