I wrote that my wedges and extra lives were stolen by the game, but then my little old white haired retired senior citizen self-acknowledged to be lacking in technicalogical and computer savviness mother took one look at the game and found how to access them!! The game have stolen all of my accumulated wedges, including the ones that I won today for the tournament placing first, and I can't find any of my infinite life power-ups that I have have also accumulated. I had quite a few wedges saved up. Thank you.Smoke still displaying in Solitaire Home story
Not certain when but many levels back there was a fire which caused smoke and it was put out through my playing. However, here I am on level 1111 and the smoke still displays on the first screen, "Area 1". I am 34% complete on "Area 2" and that smoke is still there. The fire was put out why doesn't the ugly smoke disappear already!???
Will not load correctly to play: A Way With Words
Today is the first challenge in A Way With Words since the newest update and it will still not load correctly for me and other players since July 29. I am having a problem with card scramble. It has not worked since it 1st came out. i played it till it said goodbye to joey and was suppose to move on to the 1st chapter but it wont let me. I have contacted EA through chat at least 1 times and they cannot fix it. they keep telling me to go through a series of steps but it doesnt work. I have tried playing the game on firefox, chrome, microsoft edge and even on my android phone. it will not let me play. it saying i need more stars (i have none and need 1) but it wont let me play to get a star. this has been going on since june 24th since the game 1st came out and its not being addressed. I am not able to compete in challenges because of this.HELPWASTING money
Merge acadmey is so frustrating. Uses so, so much energy so fast. Now I have Treasure trove going. WHERE is the energy I am supposed to be winning going???? THE only reason I play that game is to get the energy one can get. I AM NOT GETTING IT. I buy gems so I can purchase more energy to open spaces which takes forever!! Then I'm not getting the prize? Once again I was on the precipice of winning the quest and got kicked out. I was not in an active level, I was on the main quest page. The reload screen popped it, and when it refreshed, I got the message that I had failed the quest, even though I wasn't playing. Pogo special events have turned into a carnival game you can't win.
