Endangered Species Expired Badge
I brought the endangered species collection a couple of weeks ago when I was able to buy all five packs early. In set 2 and set 4 there was a badge I couldn't complete as it said it was locked with a countdown when it would unlock, well in set 2 the badge should of unlocked today but instead its now saying the badge has expired and it wont let me activate it, any help would be appreciated.Merge Academy - Game NOT Saving
Please fix or at least update us on the status of Merge Academy. It has been over a month since I have been able to play and save my game. Ever since you introduced more cash grabs the game has been slow, choppy and not saving. Tried iPad, Windows 11 Chrome and Explorer. All up to date, all caches cleared.Can’t login to Pogo
I haven’t been able to login to Pogo for 2 days so had to make a new free account up so I can report here. I’ve tried lots of different codes on my paid account but none are working. I play on mainly my iPad but sometimes my iPhone, both have iOS updated. I downloaded both Opera and Firefox but didn’t work with those either, can anyone help please?2 hours of lost play on Farm Merge Valley
I lost about 2 hours of game play on Farm Merge Valley from last night. When I opened the game this morning, it was lost. I completed all 10 sticker challanges, went trhough about 300 energy and 300 crates. I also used 2 Gold chests and lost those rewards. First time of having a issue. I was in the Treasure Trove game, bought some energy. The game froze, when I returned the purchases were gone - but the gems used to purchase them were also still taken. Happened twice so now I am missing a couple hundred gems without the energy to show for it.Merge Academy – Progress Saving Issue (Update)
Merge Academy has gotten very glitchy. The graphics are jumpy. It's sometimes eating items and not merging them. Every bonus choice selection is now saying "we are processing your purchase". And it's taking three times as long to collect the bonuses at the beginning. This processing message only used to happen once in a blue moon. I hope this is not is permanent state. (Up to date Android tablet thru Firefox)Merge Academy Generator Disappearance
Good evening - I was playing Merge Academy just now and I previously had 2 of the apple generators (the ones that ultimately produce the pie). Since I needed one of the pie slices to fulfill the order, I got these generators out of storage and started merging the outputs. You can see here that I had enough from the generators to make the pie and the slices, which would not be possible with only one of these generators. Unfortunately, the game started glitching severely and the second generator just...disappeared. I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods including restarting my device, checking for device and browser updates alike, clearing cache, trying incognito mode, etc. I would really appreciate getting my other generator back please 😅 thank you. I was in level 1956 yesterday in the Asia Biome. I have 1 animal who did not get anything i got for them. No water, no food or a sleeping area. I used the 3 gems for the first one, then 4 and then 6 and they got the second animal and the baby but nothing else. What the heck. The game always runs slow. Has to catch up to me. And Gems are always having to be bought. That's not fair. Been a member for 20 years plus.Farm Merge Valley Purchased Content
Hi, I was playing farm merge valley, and I ran out of crates, so I went and got 2,250 gems (Best Value) went back to the game and bought crates at 750 gems you get 3,500 crates. I did this 3x, I should have 10,500 well I only have 7000, I am short 3,500. This is not the first time this has happened to me in this game. I hope you can look into this matter.
