Unfair play in canasta
I have been playing canasta since 2002, since EA took pogo over I cant get pass beginner stage. I pay for my subscription every year. It does matter what rating I play the game freezes when Im winning, the other player leaves and Bot takes over and wins. The Bot should not win when a player leaves.
Solitaire Home Story
I enjoy this game but it is currently a mess. I lost all coins earned due to the stupid valentines thing that kept freezing. On game chat was advised that EA refused to refund coins due to their mess up. AND I cannot figure out a way to chat with someone at EA. The instructions are not useful and there is no easy way to just say HELP ME. The chat is useless. It keeps telling me it can't help and it can't find representative or agent or anything. I have been on Pogo for years and it's been the same story. Why can't they figure out a way for people to contact them???????
Solitaire Home Story
Solitaire Home Story has been having a lot of issues lately. If you try to change your decor in some areas, it freezes up. When you do your chores, some of the items don't change appearance. Now the new season won't allow you to obtain your items and continue playing. It freezes up, which causes you to lose your life timer. I just spent money to get gems to play the new season pass, and now it's unplayable. You can't get passed the screen for the season. The game has been really buggy overall for quite a while now.Screen name was changed
hello i hope someone can help me . My son was playing on my account and he was trying to make his own and somehow he changed my screen name to what he wanted to use to set up his account and i can't get it back to what i had it set as when i set my account up years ago... i don't want to delete my account i been on here for so long
