Pogo Renewal Gems
I have updated and renewed my membership for pogo. I renewed on 12th Feb 2025 and have not received any of my club bonuses. For some reason my change of card details did not get picked up and 1 received a message to say there was a payment issue. I went into my account and the request was being charged on my old card details, I had changed my card details to the new card and made it my preferred payment option, and had been buying gems with no problem at all. I have been going around the houses to try and get this sorted, any help would be appreciated

Hello, I recently became a member as of the 5th of this month (march) I had a email stating the membership is active and I received the free gems for joining. My problem now is when i go to purchase gems I get a message saying " This Creditcard number is already saved and i cannot proceed to purchase the gems. What do I need to do to be able to make purchases in Pogo. Thank You.
badge of free spins in Pogo Slots
Hi, I'm currently playing Pogo Slots and activated the badge for getting 7000 points in Free Spins..I've been playing for a week and none of the points I'm accumulating are getting added to the badge. All other games load fine and I'm getting credit in others, but not this one. Please,Help!
Merge Academy 24 hour timers
On loading this game I have found that both the cauldron and the Apple generator have 24 hour timers on them, I also have a bubble that appeared last night and is still there. Not sure how to screen shot this page. Please note I have cleaned out browser and cache on my computer. Hoping you can help
