Yet again cant get on tile hero i am having same problems for days and if you go on EA support it throws you on here again, we cant get any help EA dont listen my pogo due for renewel in august after 25 years i am thinking not renew my pogo we having to many issues if you lose credits or gems we need to go back to old way where we use to be able speak to pogo not these stupid AI response 😡😡 PLEASE SORT THESE ISSUES OUT , its not my pcs or phone done everything you suggest and plus to many people having same issues 😡😡Tile Hero Not Working - July 2026
I know that they already have something up about it not loading, but mine "loaded" the other day and it said it couldn't load user data and started me over at Level 1. However it won't move past the screen where you can 'help' the person in the story. It says I need 1 star to do a task but won't actually give me any stars to move forward. It's literally been stuck on this screen for days, and I haven't been able to do any of the challenges for this game. Is anyone else having this issue?Badges Can't Get, Pogo is Failing US
Here we are again with another Mahjong Sanctuary daily badge that we can't get, due to this stupid detective Parrot!! I can't complete the bonus daily challenge because I lack the Mahjong Sanctuary badge inwhich I can't get because I can't even play level 12. This has been on going for weeks. I purchased Gems and got screwed out of them. The system told me that the purchase to use didn't go through so I did it again, only to have both transactions go through. Can't finish the limited time badges because now Tile Hero will not give any lives to play the **bleep** game! All of this makes you not want to pay for anything on this site anymore. No yearly or gem purchases! It's not allowing me to attach files!Tile Hero
I gave never been able to access this game since it was released. Nor is this the first time I have posted regarding it. Version has changed from 2.0.0 to 2.0.3 over that time frame. Still getting this message. Since I have shut down and started my computer several times since the release of this game, I think my browser has been refreshed. Windows 11 & Firefox, both of which updated the day the game was released and prior to trying to access the game. Windows has updated twice since then. Cache cleared twice since issue started. No issues with any other game that I have played. Oops! Something went wrong loading the game. Please refresh your browser and try again. Version: 2.0.3 At this rate I don't care if you ever fix the game access issue. But, I will seriously consider renewing my membership when it comes due. As a long time member, the inattention shown to this matter is unforgivable.
Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45
A while ago when there was a sale, I bought episodes in a number of cases including 44 and 45. When I try to access them now in two browsers, Firefox and Edge, I get an error message "Uh-oh! We had problems loading your episode. Please refresh your browser" with a 'refresh' tab. This has happened over several days. Case 43 and 46 are fine as have been all those up to these two. An image grab of the error is attached. Is this a known issue?

I just fulfilled requirements to repair the loom BUT I had two of the wood requirements in my stash and it took both of them when I hit the button to fix the loom. It only required ONE to repair so it stole the spare I had built. Please return my spare wood structure that it stole so I can use it in the future.Farm Merge Valley unable to save progress
I have never had problems with saving progress on Farm Merge. It's my understanding that progress is automatically saved. However, when I accessed the game to complete the daily challenge, I constantly get the pop up warning that my progress can't be saved. It's not my internet connection. I've deleted all of my cookies, cache, etc in Chrome and restarted my laptop. The pop up issue has continued. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this issue, but it's awfully annoying.
