missing rewards from first Album completing in Farm Merge Valley at: EA_Claus
Many including me are still missing 3500 Energy and/or 2750 Crates from the first Album completion. WE all received the message stating we/they were getting their "make good". and have yet to see it. Now per request I am starting a new thread. Hope this finds who ever needs to see it and gets addressed in a timely manner. We are all frustrated, outraged and to the point of disgust with Pogo/EA and its lack of address to the situation noted. Regards
Garden Blast: Not Loading with Spinning Flower
For several days now (about 4) Garden Blast has hung up on loading the main Play screen - it just sits on the spinning flower after you press Play. Not all but some other users seem to be having the same issue. PC Windows 11 version 25H2 Version 153.0.8010.53 (Official Build) (64-bit) Cleared cache and cookies, rebooted. In Merge Academy sometimes it spawns items into the same cell, which makes you lose the item. This happens frequently when I am collecting the free items,, which is no big deal, because I can generate more of them. But twice, when I took generators (Family Gnome House & Overgrown Plants) out of storage, they placed them in the same cell, making me permanently lose them. Since I am so far into the game I no longer get items that can be merged into generators, so this is really frustrating to me. The first time it happened, I attempted to get help, but eventually gave up, because EA is not interested in assisting anyone, especially we older non-techy people. This is my favorite game, I play it several times a day, but am about to just cancel my subscription and find a less aggravating passtime.Matching Moments Freezing (Mid graphic display)
Starting a new thread, because prior recent one was specific to getting error messages, and EA_Claus posted an hour ago that it was fixed. This just occurred at 10:42 am - 20 minutes ago. The bullseye graphic started appearing on the screen, but didn't finish, and clicking anything on the main screen does not do anything. (I could use menu buttons down the right side.) Laptop - Windows 11; Chrome 155.0.8059.85 Immediately prior to this: Signed in to Matching Moments for first time today. Got message saying I was second in the Bowtie tournament. Got rewards and 2nd pop-up saying I qualified for higher tier with better rewards. Then I got the First Try popup - "Win levels on your first attempt to get a reward!" When the graphics were changing, the bullseye picture (top right) never fully made it, and the screen froze. Could not click play, or anything else. Here is what happened after I quit and came back (the correct graphics and functionality): What seems odd to me is that I don't remember having issues like this on my laptop. I do know that if I'm maxxing out my phone capacity I have had weird missing graphics with a mostly black screen (below). But this freezing in the middle of the graphics displaying a picture is new.Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Where is Pogo support? Been over a month since any update has been given for one of their games that has an issue. This is entirely unacceptable. Being vague on purpose, because new tickets just get funnelled into existing threads, and get ignored from there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Matching Moments - Stuck after hitting Play
For well over a couple of weeks now I have not been able to play Matching Moments. When I hit play it freezes. Because of this I have missed numerous challenges which is frustrating as that is one of the big reasons I play games on Pogo. There was an issue before that got resolved but this one is taking forever and it appears I am not the only player experiencing this. I have no problems with any of the other games I play often Hope whatever is wrong gets fixed soon.
