Got the Sweet Tooth Town Freeze? Share What's Happening!
Okay, raise your hand if this sounds familiar: You're absolutely CRUSHING it in Sweet Tooth Town, feeling great, you make a satisfying move and then crickets. Nothing. The game just freezes as you stare at the screen .... Completely stuck. 😏 Unfortunately, the problem persists for players, and I know it's incredibly frustrating. Let's stop the freezing gremlins! To help identify exactly what is occurring, please answer these four questions: Which level is freezing for you? (very important) Where does the freeze occur? During Sweet Play (random level feature)? During regular play (selecting your own level)? Both? When exactly does the game freeze? After making the first move? During a specific animation or effect? At a different point in the level? What are you working with? What browser? (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) Operating System? (Windows, Mac, etc.) The more specific information we can provide to the team, the better chance they have of fixing this issue for everyone! Bought the badge “Kim the Star” in Canasta. There was a glitch after I hit the button to pay for it & said “try again later”. However, I noticed that my gems had decreased so I checked my gem transactions in my account profile and the glitch allowed them to take the gems (of course), but it didn’t allow me to activate the badge. I have paid for it, but now can’t play it. Tried to report it on the EA help page, but there was not a way to do it there. Any ideas? (YES, I KNOW THIS IS A MEMBERS FORUM and no one here can wave a wand for me. Just thought someone else may have had this issue & can tell me how they solved it.)Canasta
In the past couple of weeks I can't count the number of times that in the middle of a game, I am dropped from Pogo with "no internet." And then it tells me the problem is on their end. But, every time this happens, my rating significantly drops. Additionally, several games that I have won results in my rating being lowered, again. Worse of all, I just played a man whose rating was 1 point below mine (1052 to 1051.) We were tied until the last hand and I lost. Okay, I accept that. BUT, my rating dropped to 990 - a loss of 62 rating points. Never in all the years I've been playing, have I ever lost that much in one hand. Pogo needs to fix this, because something is clearly wrong.
Merge Academy - Constellation Tier Rewards?
I just completed Silver tier 15 in the current Pogi Constellation which was supposed to award me with 50 energy and 20 coins in Merge Academy. But just as in all the previous Merge Academy constellation tier awards that I earned, those awards did not appear in my Merge Academy game. No increase in game energy and my coin balance remained the same. Am I missing a step, or is it a bug?Canasta
I LOVE playing Canasta and I play descent but I noticed, even when I win, I lose points. A person I'm playing quits before the end of game because she is losing, and a bot comes on and I continue till I win and I lost points. Does that compute to you? I have gotten VERY frustrated with this particular game perimeters because the other person ALWAYS gets a canasta first or second play and my hand has maybe one or two of the three-of-a kind... The computer is definitely siding with my opponent consistently and I play every day. Can something be done with this? My frustration level is that I'm wanting to quit pogo because of it. I love that game alot and hope it can be fixed. Thank you Janehart55
