Merge Academy
I play the game, save, and exit. When I go back in it goes back to the same 120 energy and stays stuck. I have been unable to play this game since Monday. Pogo please fix! I am missing out on the Coral Secrets prizes and rewards. I also can't use my pogi points reward since the game is not working for me. This is so FRUSTRATING!!!Why No Response EA/POGO?
Multiple posts have been made for days now about Merge Academy not saving progress and lagging/freezing while trying to move items. Why haven't any techs responded yet? The customer service stinks! Seems to be no problem adding even more ads on the page for us to spend more $$.. We pay for Club Pogo and deserve answers! Fix it!Solitaire Home Story level 1245
Have not been able to progress past this level for over three days and I don't know how many games. Has sucked my power ups and coins dry trying to beat it. It's not even labeled a hard or super hard level. So what am I doing wrong. The frustration is weekly and event badges running out of time. Please help! Also take to pop up window "to return from full screen" away! Sucks up time when you're awarded infinty time or power ups waiting for it to close. It is placed right over the play button/cards in your deck to play with! Please!Complaining again about Tile Hero
Pogo you've been made aware of the issues with tile hero. The game isn't loading correctly & it's placing people back at the start with no stars to move forward. Fix the f*cking issue already. Stop added it to events till its fix. Some of us won't be able to complete the spectacular showcase because of this issue. This is probably the 4th time I have posted about this stupid game!!! For at least 15 days, there has been an alert that my August Loyalty Awards are avaialbe, however, when I select Loyalty Awards all that i get is "Whoops! Something went wrong. Please try again." I have tried rebooting my system; clearing browser history; using alternate browsers (including Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Even attempted on relative's computer while visiting. (i.e. alternate computer) Same lame message for 15 consequtive days! Please fix the delivery code or just add the award to my account and alert me to the nature of the addition to my current account holdings. What exactly is the point of awarding loyalty awards if you have no intention of fixing the delivery system that allows the user to access them?Solara the Radiant Constellation
Hi there, I have 4700 pogis for the constellation, and during that time I chose 55 supply boxes for Farm Merge, but I have never received them. Each time I go into the game, my supply boxes start at 40???? Can someone look into this issue, please? Found the chest in the mermaid bonus and got nothing but a time reducer... the game is lagging. The items are stacking on top of each other on the grid and then I lose them. I keep losing merged items. I bought one of your special offers and the items became translucent and disappeared. Whatever you did to the game, you ruined it. I'll never get back those gems I spend on energy to get the chest in the mermaid level. Crazy you launch all these things into games to get more money from us without fully testing the bugs.matching moments
Matching moments not loading says could not save progress try again, I try and try then it quits page stays black tried 2 pc's, laptop, iPad, iPhone, safari, edge, google, Firefox clearing cache and still nothing have reported to ea and they still have not fixed it, missed 5 badges last week and now I cannot get the badges for the spectacular showcase. Tile hero game is stuck on the chapter with the girl with the baby. Says "Spend stars to complete tasks. Try it out". When I click on the star where the arrow is pointing to, nothing happens. The back arrow doesn't work either. Shows that I am on chapter 17 in the lower right hand corner, but nothing works on this page. Not sure how to play the game when I can't get into the screen to allow me to play it. I've cleared my cache/cookies, tried Chrome, Foxfire and Edge. Same result. I've got Windows 11. A while ago Pogo had FMV as a challenge, specifically to get x number of bonus merges. I wasn't familiar with the game and had no idea how you get bonus merges, and the gameplay info doesn't cover that (shocking, I know). So, the way it works is you merge 3 items to form 1 item the next level higher. To get the bonus merge you combine 5 items and get 2 of the next level (5:2 instead of 6:2 if you do it 3:1). This also works with money. Here I have 5 single silver coins, And now I have 2 stacks of silver coins, instead of 1 stack and 2 singles. I'm hanging on to the energy crystals to verify if they bonus merge as well, but I'm confident they will. Hope this makes your gameplay more enjoyable.
