games won't load
Merge Academy, MONOPOLY Sudoku, and Merge Valley Farm suddenly stopped loading a few weeks ago. Nothing had changed on my end. Worked in the morning and wouldn't work later in the day and hasn't loaded since. I tried everything recommended and nothing helped. As Merge Academy especially is included in challenges and I can't play it, it gets very frustrating.Farn Merge Valley
June 8 at around 12:00pm-2:00pm I paid 499 crystals for 6 pink pieces of land. In the purchase box it says that you will receive a black and white cow, a stack of coins and a sack of crystals. I did not receive the crystals. In the marketplace that sack of crystals is 2000 crystals. That sack would let open another pink section of land. I would like my crystals ! I have been club member since 2003 and never had any problems, please look into this. ReJnMay.Garden Blast Scores
Why doesn't POGO stop people that keep getting these outargues scores in Garden Blast tournaments? Some people have found a way of getting scores that are ridicules. This takes all the enjoyment out of playing for me and many of us. This has been going on for some time now and needs to stop. Why should I play on a game site or recommend the game site game site that doesn't care about fair play for all the players? Please fix this ongoing problemTrouble loading two games
I have been with pogo for 20 years. Never had a problem. I have played Monopoly Sudoku forever. All of a sudden it will not load. Also have played FarmMerge Valley since it started. All of a sudden that will not load either. I hve cleaned my cashe and am on Windows 10 and never had a problem. I am on crome. Is there a way to refresh just those 2 games? Or please help me slove. SUBJECT POGO BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION GARDEN BLAST
I am doing the challenges for the birthday celebration. You want yellow boxes. I am stuck on 307 and have tried to win it to no avail and there are no yellow blocks in 307. So now what do I do. I have been a member since 2007 and I am ready to leave Pogo. If I can not participate what the use of paying for something you can not participate in?
card scramble
I am having a problem with card scramble. It has not worked since it 1st came out. i played it till it said goodbye to joey and was suppose to move on to the 1st chapter but it wont let me. I have contacted EA through chat at least 1 times and they cannot fix it. they keep telling me to go through a series of steps but it doesnt work. I have tried playing the game on firefox, chrome, microsoft edge and even on my android phone. it will not let me play. it saying i need more stars (i have none and need 1) but it wont let me play to get a star. this has been going on since june 24th since the game 1st came out and its not being addressed. I am not able to compete in challenges because of this.HELPFarm Merge Valley loading issue
I was playing this game earlier today but now I only get the error message when trying to load up the game. Since it says to contact support if it persists, I am here to do so. Purple box with yellow ribbon has never cleared off my board. How do I fix this? Please give step by step instructions. I believe i have cleared my caches and it's still there. I can move it around but nothing happens when I click on it and I can't dig it up. Please help.
