Pogo Gems/ Missing Energy
I used some Pogo gems to add energy to merge Academy. They offered a treasure game on the side, which I played and that's where I added energy to. It stated, "any leftover energy at the end of this event will go to the main merge game" The event ended with 2000+ energy left and I have not recieved any ov the energy back. Can I get this back, please?Nestor the Archer
I am not getting my rewards and of course I bought the pass even though I was sketchy about it after buying the pass for the Halloween event in solitare home story and losing out on it and still not being made whole (stupid me) anyways I noticed I didn’t get the +75 energy in merge academy and I let it go cuz yea if y’all don’t care if I lose gems then why would you care if I don’t get energy right well I just completed another tier and each one had 5 gems in it but did I get them noooooo what is going on here I am really getting frustrated 😕Vivint ads
User Lil053 Using Chrome for the past few days when I play any game pogo takes me to a vivint ad. no count down for completion of ad it just stays there. I hit refresh then it has another ad with a count down to completion and back to vivint. I cannot play, I have cleared history/cache. please helpMostly All Games Bugs?
Good Afternoon from Sunny Florida! I have not been able to play most of the games due to them freezing, or cannot get into the game. Pogo has been running slow or not at all. This started happening 2 days ago. When will these issues be resolved? It's frustrating for sure; especially for those of us who use Pogo games as our means of entertainment. Some of us are homebound, or elderly, even the younger generation seems to be having problems. You have our email addresses; so please at least email to us what is going on. Why? Because this is not 'our' technical issues...it seems to be on your end. Thank you in advance. 😀
Verify my identity
Ok I need help. For the last couple of days or so when I go to the pogo website and I put in my email and password, it wants me to verify my identity and when I press the button to send me a code that code does not go to my email. It went to my email before and I never had any problems, but now I can't get any emails from pogo. I'm not sure what to do. I can't even get on pogo to make sure that my email address is correct. I'm not the best on computers to try and figure out what is going on. So any help would help me. Thanks
WEEKLY JUNGLE GIN
Is anyone else having issues with the weekly JUNGLE GIN not advancing your count when you Under-knock your opponent? Mine has been stuck at 2 for two days and I should have already earned the badge for it. Playing Jungle Gin & won numerous hands by "Underknocking opponent" but not getting creditMatching Moments not Loading
I would love to be able to join the fun in the game launch badges for Matching Moments; however, when the beginning story ends the game does not load. The loading bar shows no progress. I have cleared my cache but still nothing. I try everyday but can't get into the game.Solitaire Home Story Lost Progress
I was up to level 652 completing all the renovations. But yesterday when I went to play, all the renovations and decor has went back to original look; Halloween theme still there though. It still shows I completed the first area but yet looks back to the beginning. The next area shows no progress but was was completed up to adding the sauna wall. The levels I finished yesterday and today was about 15 and those changes are appearing but it is definitely getting on my nerves. In addition, the chores are not working now because the progress is all gone. The only chore it is giving is checking the mail. Is there a way to fix this EA???Mahjong Sanctuary issue
Mahjong Sanctuary Many times over the last month when I play this game, when I choose the scissor tiles they don't always cut the ribbon. This mean you cant finish the game unless you use or purchase one of the boosters, usually the joker to be able to remove the tile. It has either cost me or I have to start over which is frustrating. I also cant seem to figure out how to report this issue, it seems so complicated. Anyone having this issue, or can help. jenab63
