BETA chat endless loop, need real help
I have an active case and can't get hold of anyone and the chat just repeats the same questions on an endless loop and can't get through to anyone to connect. Not sure what to do now since the last directive was to contact you all through there and that route isn't working currently. Meanwhile, my ticket stats says Waiting on Player and I have no communication as to know what it is you all are waiting on.Farm Merge Valley - Badge Progress Screen
This happened to me again tonight, as I was moving a cow into a blank spot next to the other 3 had (going for a match of 5), the screen changed to the badge progress screen, and it dropped the cow onto the ones had making a match 4. I would like it where does not change at all or change after a change in the current challenge which for me is Harvest 150 cows. This is not the first time where things get dropped where not wanted and won't be the last.husband cannot get into his pogo account
Please help, husband signs in and pc says invalid username and invalid password please reset, he resets password and pc says change is successful, sign in, when he signs in using the new password he gets told password is invalid. As if this wasn't enough then his username is invalid he has had this account for over 20 yrs. he cannot get in pogo so please contact him via email mailto:[edit: email address removed] his pogo username is sbxi3214. SO, I got a glimpse of, I think, was a seven-game challenge, just a glimpse, just a tease, cause then the bird with his unfinished task list popped up & that ended my excitement that I might be able to play. I know I've bought this issue up before & so have others, have we heard anything about when we might be able to play againSolitare Home Story will not load!
I have recently resumed using Pogo and initially experienced successful loading, but for several months now, the platform has been unresponsive. While other games function correctly, I am encountering persistent difficulties loading Solitaire Home Story, which prevents me from participating in associated challenges. I’ve reached the maximum level according to a pop up I received. It’s my understanding that once you have reached that you can go back to games already played to complete challenges. I’ve tried over and over again to no avail. Please help me understand why! This is one game I truly love getting through the challenges. I am on my third bingo card and the only Challenge I have not finished is the one for Spider Solitaire. I have completed the challenge numerous times but do not get credit for the completion. This is preventing me from collecting the 40 gems for completing the card and starting on my fourth card. Very frustrated at this point. Can't figure out how to contact customer service to resolve the issue.
Mahjong Sanctuary - Detective Tool Bug
User: StonePnw Desktop PC Win11 25H2 Edge and Firefox v.149.0.2 both tested same issue I start the game and hit play. The message shown is "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" which prompts me to click the magnifying glass in upper right corner. Then the screen blacks out and I can only click activate. Once I activate im told to try it. So i click a tile, another highlights and i clear them both. This is where the loop begins and im again met with the message "If you want to easily find all possible matches of a tile, keep an eye on the detective" but now I cant do anything. i cant click away from this. Clicking the magnifying glass again does nothing and im just stuck. The message never clears and I can not continue past this point. I have cleared browser cache and selected 'everything' for the time scale. Cookies have all been cleared. All browser extensions were disabled. (edge has none installed its kept stock) restarted PC and modem/router. I did try incognito mode. I did not flush DNS cache as im not sure what that means.
