Can't claim prizes on Garden Blast Daily Tasks
This has happened to me about a dozen times but this is the first time I'm reporting it. It usually happens on daily tasks that involve completing consecutive games in a row after being at maximum hat level. When I try to click on claim it acts as though it is crediting it but the claim button stays and rises up a notch but nothing is credited. I can keep clicking it and it continues to just rise up further with no credit. This also affects being able to collect the daily gift for completing all tasks. If I click on it it starts to look as if it will work and just disappears. Today it was to complete 5 consecutive levels without using power-ups but at one point it showed I had done 7 out of 5 with both that task ready to claim as well as the daily gift with neither working.Game taking Gems
My username is woodplay. First, trying to contact you in a method that doesn't look like a public forum is like looking for a needle in a haystack, so I guess I will use the public forum. I was playing LuckyCat Bingo (1/ 29/26). At the end ot the game, a cat character appeared on the screen and said something about trying something for free to get one last play, so I said yes. It took 30 Gems. I figured my stupidity, I must have read it wrong. However, I continued playing the game and this stupid cat is continuing to appear. I told it no, because the second time it clearly said 30 Gems. I was playing a 3rd game and I was clicking the mouse on my computer to hit a Bingo at the exact same time the game ended. This time instead of hitting Bingo the goofy cat was there again and this time my mouse was hitting the yes. It should not be that easy for a game to take my Gems. As far as I am concerned, they were stolen and should be replaced. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45
A while ago when there was a sale, I bought episodes in a number of cases including 44 and 45. When I try to access them now in two browsers, Firefox and Edge, I get an error message "Uh-oh! We had problems loading your episode. Please refresh your browser" with a 'refresh' tab. This has happened over several days. Case 43 and 46 are fine as have been all those up to these two. An image grab of the error is attached. Is this a known issue?
PLEASE HELP! Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!
Second time posting and I am desperate for help. Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved! I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list. At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page. I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise. I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end. My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open. Thank you for any help you can give
