Hey there, @musiclady53. What you're describing is super odd. I went ahead and merged your post with a similar thread. Let's try to figure it out.

To get started, if you're able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? As well, could you let me know how much system RAM you have on your PC/Mac? I'll be happy to take a look. With this information, I can also forward it as another example of the previous player's issue.
