@joannapo4ko , You probably have tried the first suggestion I am going to make, but if you haven't, then by all means try it. Failure of games to load partially or full and game freezing are often symptoms of a browser cache (memory) becoming full. It's a fact that he cache needs to be cleared out regularly to make room for storing new information at the websites. Try clearing your browser's cache. If you are not sure how to do that, below is a link that provides guidance for the major browsers.

Since the problems you mention are occurring with more than one browser, it may not be related to using a specific browser. However, if the browsers you use are not up to date, having an old browser version might cause such problems. Latest versions can be downloaded from the browser websites, except for Edge which Microsoft updates on one's computer from time to time.
