Re: Can’t chat with iPad

Hi Everyone, 

Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

 

  • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
  • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
  • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
  • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
  • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. 

If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

  • Screenname:
  • What Device are you using?
  • Which web browser do you play on?
  • Do you get an error message at all?
  • Screenshot of how your game appears...

  • Come on, Pogo, none of your suggestions work at all.  Try it yourself to see what's happening.  That's your message popping up, not an OS message, so you must know that you created the problem!

    HINT:  The start of the problem seems to coincide with the upgrade to iOS 18.

    It’s not pogo it’s apple and there fruitcake update, and they are so rich they won’t bother to fix it

  • I haven’t been able to chat on my iPad for some time now.  I don’t have a laptop.  Also in Merge Academy I can’t buy extra storage space.  I am up for renewal in December and I am seriously considering cancelling.  I pay full price but don’t get all the features.
