@lesleyc6 - I absolutely understand the ongoing simmering frustration. The prolonged delay to take action to correct reported game glitches seems incredible for today's day & age--for many reasons. For at least a month, I've heard about the ClaireHart issue (& more) from several of my pogo friends who previously enjoyed all the hidden object games for well over a decade. Some chalk up the inaction to lack of tech staff. My pogo pals believe all was well and perhaps somebody went into the game's guts to add or subtract something for that last weekly challenge (perhaps some type of maintenance similar to what affected a related episode chapter when for some unknown reason, the long-established 'hairbrush' item appeared renamed as a "comb"). That there is not enough time, or EA Pogo tech staff, to retrace whatever steps were previously made in order to fix the glitch / "undo" mistakes is not a real good "sign of things to come," no question. Yet,"hope springs eternal".
EA Pogo's hidden object games, Claire Hart especially, has a unique, dedicated fanbase who, with rare exception are known to purchase newly-released episode after episode instead of badges. And maybe a few power ups. (Many HOG fans pride themselves on completing a game with No Hints.) It's not hard to understand that after a lengthy period of time has passed, any fanbase would become extremely frustrated upon discovering not just one, but several episodes of their favorite game is still showing needed hidden objects listed as "undefined."
Again, it seems the only comfort we can take at the moment is that EA Pogo is aware of it. Altho it's not easy waiting for Claire Hart to be restored, we've got to hang in there for hopefully just a little bit longer. Take care & good luck to you & everyone ~
