My game goes on and off line randomly since the last update. Using Android 6.0 on Nexus 7 tablet. Very annoying

Oh I've had this problem since end of April 2016 on my mini ipad4. Simcity support has been absolutely useless! Told me it was my internet provider. Internet provider told me it was Simcity's problem. So I'm going around in circles and meanwhile I can hardly do anything in my game. Been stuck at the same level for 3 months as it's extremely difficult to play the game when it keeps going offline. Simcity support won't even reply to my emails any more, been saying they'll get back to me. This is the last message I got from them....

This has happened to me for the 3rd time now in less than 2 months and no matter how many times i uninstall and reinstall this time around it won't finish connecting!
it tells me that i need to connect and reinstall for the latest updates. I just installed it, even says its updating and returning home when its loading after i sign on to facebook to access my city, after i did the tutorial for the hundredth time. Nothing is more frustrating when you take an action not once, not twice, not even three times in one day, but four times!! And for no apparent reason it wont load.
this is my favorite game. Ive been playing simcity games for close to 15 years and i would hate to stop now. But this is getting old! Can you maybe work in a better way to reconnect after an install because the current way has big problems.
- Game says I am offline although I have internet connection. I am using app on my iphone 6+ please help
