SCBI sync progress on 2 devices
Started playing SC Build it on my phone when I realized my screen was too small, so I got a tablet (both android). Downloaded it on the tablet, logged in and chose my city originally on my phone. But both devices have different progress, phone-level 10/ tablet-level 8. Tried uninstalling the app on the tablet, reinstalled it again, still that same level 8 game. Is there a way to sync the progress up?
Major Service Bug After Latest Update – Services Broken
Hi everyone, I’m experiencing a serious technical issue in SimCity BuildIt that started after the latest app update and I haven’t seen it discussed here yet. What’s happening: Water and Sewage show missing coverage and warning icons in the city overview despite large overcapacity. New buildings placed after the bug occurred have no service issues. When I move an affected building to another fully serviced area, the service problem moves with the building. This strongly suggests the problem is building-level service state corruption introduced by the update, not insufficient coverage, road issues, or upgrades. Affected buildings continue to show incorrect service requirements even when all service infrastructure is present and sufficient. I have reported this to EA Support and provided them with detailed technical information, but have not yet received a meaningful escalation or technician investigation. The issue has been ongoing for more than 10 days and has blocked normal gameplay. Has anyone else experienced similar issues since the recent update? If so, please reply. If you’ve managed a workaround or received any official response from EA about a technical fix, that information would be extremely valuable. Thank you.When will EA fix the Services Capacity issue?
I’ve read the forums and confirmed my services like Power and Water are configured correctly, connected and have more than enough capacity. Yet many of my buildings are marked as not having power and water, and this has a highly negative impact on game-play. I’ve wasted simoleans and neo-simoleans on upgrades to try and resolve this, how will you refund me given these non-stop offers you post for me to spend actual money on them? Based on the forums this is a game-wide impact and not just a single-under or small-user error. Please let us know EA timing to resolve this defect and provide refunds for our game spend.
Year of the horse is upon us!
Well, I just wanted to say that I hope we get a beautiful horse decoration for our city. I remember the rabbit. Im hoping for something similar with the horse that lights up. I love horses and hope I will get to add a few horses in my city this year. My Chinese zodiac is also year of the horse. Also my mother as well.SimCity buildit update is awful!
I hate the update. Even when the demand is much lower than capacity, it’s all red alerts and didn’t fix. Even on the design challenge and spending in app money to upgrade. Everything is covered by services, then you have to upgrade them all which would be OK if you were able to upgrade them enough without having to redesign every single location. Either get rid of that or make them or you can upgrade them to cover the same area. The most frustrating is the capacity higher than demand and still not working. Spent in app money to try to fix and didn’t work and always get the gold pass. After an embarrassing amount of years playing this I’m about to delete it. It’s not worth it if it’s not fixed soon.I cannot afford to play Simcity anymore.
Having played Simcity for years and spent a lot of money, I decided a few months ago to delete my cities (2). Also my cities were freezing with every action and turning pink, I wasn’t alone with this complaint. I never did get a reply from the company apart from try switching your iPad off and on. I’m now back with two new cities and I am appalled at the way EA have taken this game. It is nearly impossible to progress without spending real money. All I seem to be working on is upgrading the services, and yet, once you upgrade say electricity, another service needs upgrading. It’s one big circle and very boring. They hardly ever reply to complaints, do they reply on this forum? Lastly, can someone recommend a similar game without having to spend so much money?Sim city build it War rewards screen "Ok" button not working
After entering the war rewards screen on SIM city build it mobile the message reads :- "No War LootMayor, I am sorry to inform you that you have not scored any War Points and therefore you are not entitled to any war rewards. "Ok" However the "ok" button is totally unresponsive, the game is not frozen and the animations still run but this leaves me trapped in this screen . I have cleared the cache, restarted the phone, reinstalled the game , checked for updates ...all of which has no effect...... I have yet to participate in wars and this is the first time entering this screen after unlocking the wars option. I'm using nothing phone 3 , android. Hi everyone Over the past 4 or 5 days, I've found when I get the 'gift' prompt to claim the 15 greenbacks introduced around a year ago, I find myself unable to claim it. When I try to, I'm urged to log in via Facebook (in my case), but the login buttons are greyed out, and there is no reaction when I hit the 'Spain's button for the 15 greenbacks. Neither are they delivered to my city. Thing is, when I get the 'gov't prompt, the status window shows me as logged into the game via Facebook. This is a very recent problem for me. Up to five days of so ago, I was having no problems collecting this paltry sum from the 'gift'prompt. I have also tried to claim it by logging into the store via a bookmark, as I used to, but it's the same story. The 'fred's 15 greenbacks are not being given to me. Is anyone else having this problem? I shouldn't be surprised. Every time an update is introduced, the game is messed up in one way or another. I'd be grateful if anyone else is having this problem. Thanks, somniator_somni
