Simcity freezing on and off when the game starts
iPhone 13, 128Gb memory (not full). iOS 26.5.2. Right when I start the game, it keeps freezing in and off. Freezing occurs for ~5-10 seconds at a time (and repeats at least 20-30 times). During the freeze, I cannot move across my city, enter into any factories or stores, or respond by text. It’s as if the popup ads/notices are trying to repeat multiple times. The freezes get better the longer I play but still occur. This bug makes gameplay extremely challenging. Please fix!Suggestion: Factories— inventory display/ central HQ
It would be really helpful to have current inventory on hand for each item in the factory when selecting which items to produce, eliminating the need to navigate endlessly between the inventory and individual factory screens. It would be even better to have a “production control center” or operations center to “coordinate production” across all factories rather than having to navigate through each one.Bug: Design Challenge submission fails during active Leaderboards
Issue Description: When submitting a Design Challenge entry, the submission routine fails on the first attempt whenever the Leaderboard/Voting system is actively tracking scores. Note: Prior to the last week of the previous CoM, submissions always worked perfectly in a single step. Observed Timeline: Before: Submissions always worked in 1 single step without any issues. Previous CoM (Final Week - 6th & 7th Design Challenge): Bug appeared for the first time. Active Leaderboards → Required 2 steps / attempts. New CoM (Week 1 - 1st Design Challenge of the new season): Fresh season start / Initial setup phase → Worked smoothly in 1 single step. New CoM (Week 2 - 2nd & 3rd Design Challenge): Active Leaderboards running → Failed back to requiring 2 steps / attempts every time. What Happens During the 2-Step Submissions: Step 1 (Failed Upload): Blueprints and completion rewards are credited immediately, but the city layout fails to upload. An error pops up asking to "Check internet connection", and you are returned to the design city. Step 2 (Immediate Retry): Submitting a second time right away succeeds instantly. Testing Done: I tested this over both my home Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot (cellular data). The issue occurs identically on both connections. This proves it is not a local network issue, but a server-side bug introduced in a recent update when syncing the city layout upload with the active Leaderboard system. Request to EA: Please inspect the server-side submission routine during active Leaderboards to fix these false Iconnection error messages and prevent failed first attempts.Can't access the Mayor's Pass
Hi SimCity BuildIt! I am curious if anyone is having issues accessing the Mayor's Pass? When I try to open it through the skyscraper icon on the bottom left or through the Roaring Twenties button in the calendar, it opens the Assignments list. I have rebooted my iPad and deleted and reinstalled the app many times. I have also upated my iOS version. There is also a notification on the calendar icon, for the Roaring Twenties. Any suggestions or insights are much appreciated!Advert Rip-off
You still haven't sorted out the problem of not getting the reward when you watch an advert, this has been going on for weeks. The only winners in this scenario is the advertisement maker, the players don't get anything. Get this problem sorted ASAP so we can carry on enjoying the game.Can weekly tasks not gray out PLEASE?
Hello! When completing tasks in the weekly challenges, whenever the “remaining tasks” reaches zero…the tasks that are still visible gray out and can’t be completed… I get that “remaining tasks” probably includes those as well, but is it possible to still be able to complete those even if the “back-up tasks” reach zero? As in once those remaining tasks are completed, a replacement task will not populate? Please? Thanks!Population Boost
Does anyone else experience +0 boost with some buildings? I have recently found that a number of buildings (particularly from the Mayor's Pass) give +0 population boost even though there are plenty of homes within the boost area of the building. Is this a bug or am I missing something?Game Keeps Crashing…..
Hey guys hope you’re all well. My game keeps crashing back to my main menu on my iPad. I have plenty of storage on the iPad but also I have deleted other games and apps to make sure that it still keeps crashing. For instance, I try and and click the Specialisation button, it freezes, cut out of the game completely and goes back to my main menu.. please help as I have haven’t been able to play any extra games inside the game, love from Ireland. God bless.. Bernard..Trains needlessly slow when other trains approach.
Ok, so I get that the trains run through each other, just like real trains don’t, because setting down two sets of tracks would be insane, I get that. But since they pass right through each other anyhow, why should they slow down? They pass each other all the time. Was just hoping it was a glitch that could be fixed. Thanks. BTW the fly over view when you tap the train is really great! Once of the best visual features in the game. There is a slight glitch where the flyover won’t activate in my main city when the train runs by the mountains. In the Fjord city the flyover view works by the mountains however. Anyhow, wonderful addition.
