Premium pass: worth it this season
I just completed my last upgrade for the Vienna Gasometer complex and got all the new Vienna buildings from the Vienna shop and still have some flower coins left. Only thing left is doing more challenges to get the Stephanadom and to the event track up to Fort Island, which completes my season album. After the season were a disappointment for a while, and getting **** over with the Norwegian Fort Island in October because of the too early ending of the event track, I didn't spend any money on the game anymore. But I could reist Vienna, so I bought the Premium pass (not the plus) I am happy that I didn't have to choose and between the upgrade and Vienna shop buildings 😁 I am glad that feedback does cause changes, it just takes a while.
Proposal
Proposal: Increase Tax Revenue at Higher Levels I believe SimCity should improve its tax revenue system for players who reach higher levels, especially from Level 18 onward. Players invest countless hours building, expanding, and improving their cities, yet at higher levels, tax income often doesn’t seem to match the level of development or the increasing costs of services, upgrades, and other city expenses. It would be great to see a progressive tax system implemented, where higher levels, larger populations, and more developed cities generate greater tax revenue. This would allow players to earn Simoleons at a more reasonable pace and give us greater flexibility when purchasing services, upgrading buildings, and continuing to expand our cities without making progression feel unnecessarily slow. This isn’t about giving players free resources or making the game too easy. It’s about creating a fairer reward system for players who dedicate countless hours to building and developing their cities.Neon Buildings Bug
In the latest update, you completely ruined the visual effects of the Neon Season buildings. Their lights now glowing through other buildings as if those buildings were transparent. It looks absolutely terrible. It's unbelievable. We're not talking about content from five years ago, but from just five months ago. How is it possible that you don't realize people invest both a great deal of time and real money to earn rewards and unlock new buildings, only for you to ruin them for no reason and with absolutely no respect for your players? You are the worst company in the world.What is wrong with in game customer service chat?
Every time I try to use in game customer service chat the entire game crashes. I did manage after much restarting to get a request for help through, to which I received a bot answer that didn’t even make sense in the context of the issue. Clearly no one even tried to look into my problem or try to help. Not at all an unusual outcome, oh no please don’t ban me again for pointing out the truth about how you treat your customers.
Area Services Improvements Are Coming to SimCity BuildIt
Hey Mayors, We’ve heard your feedback about Area Services, especially around Fire, Police, and Health buildings, and how challenging it can feel to keep your city covered while also saving space for the buildings and designs you love. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We listened, and these upcoming changes were created with your feedback in mind. Our goal is to make Area Services feel more flexible, more efficient, and more rewarding as your city continues to grow. Please note that these changes are not live yet. They will become available with the upcoming game update. More Upgrade Levels for Area Services Several existing Fire, Police, and Health Area Service buildings are receiving new upgrade levels. These upgrades will help you increase service capacity without needing to use extra city space. Here’s what’s coming: Small Fire Stations, Small Police Stations, and Small Clinics will receive 2 new upgrade levels. Basic Fire Stations, Basic Police Stations, and Health Clinics will receive 3 new upgrade levels. Deluxe Fire Stations, Police Precincts, and Hospitals will receive 2 new upgrade levels. Upgrading these buildings increases how many homes they can support within their coverage area, giving you more room to plan your city your way. New Compact and Central Service Buildings We’re also introducing new types of Fire, Police, and Health service buildings: Compact Fire Station Compact Police Station Compact Health Clinic Central Fire Station Central Police Station Central Health Clinic These new buildings are designed to be more compact and efficient versions of existing Area Service buildings. They will provide more capacity while occupying the same city space, helping you support more Sims without needing to redesign large parts of your city. Don’t forget to update your game to see these changes. Why We’re Making These Changes We know many Mayors care deeply about city layout, space management, and keeping their citizens happy. These improvements are meant to give you more freedom, more options, and fewer tough choices between service coverage and city design. This is part of our ongoing work to improve your experience in SimCity BuildIt, and there are more treats to come. These service improvements will become available when the next game update goes live on 14 July 2026. Hola, equipo de SimCity BuildIt y comunidad de alcaldes!Les escribo porque soy un jugador muy activo y apasionado del juego, y se me ocurrió una idea para una nueva estructura residencial que me encantaría ver implementada en futuras actualizaciones.Diseñé y dibujé a mano un edificio de clase normal, pensado para ser altamente eficiente. Estos son sus detalles principales:Tipo: Residencial (Clase Normal / Intermedia)Capacidad estimada: 2,143 habitantes (ideal para optimizar el crecimiento de la población en espacios compactos).Adjunto a esta publicación les dejo la fotografía del dibujo que hice en mi libreta para que puedan ver el diseño visual, la fachada y cómo se vería en nuestras ciudades. ¡Espero que les guste la estética!Aprovechando el espacio, me gustaría sugerir si de casualidad en los próximos ajustes de equilibrio del juego se podría revisar un poco el costo en Simoleones de las plantas de agua iniciales, ya que para los alcaldes que estamos empezando se siente un poco elevado y nos obliga a frenar mucho el progreso para ahorrar. ¡Sé que a muchos jugadores nuevos les ayudaría un pequeño ajuste!Muchas gracias por seguir actualizando este gran juego. ¡Quedo atento a ver qué opina la comunidad y los desarrolladores sobre mi edificio!
Deluxe Fire Station not increased to 3000 capacity
Hi all, As title says, I feel like this is by accident, as the deluxe hospital and deluxe police station have a maximum capacity as of new update set to 3000. My 2 cents on the new buildings, they are a nice addition, but the only benefit is the new design as well as the larger maximum capacity. I thought it would have a bigger range too I wont be using them, since I still think its better to go for deluxe and cover as large of an area as possible. Please change the order of building in the menu by sizes. Small Small Medium Medium Large. As currently the ordering in the menu is a little weird Lastly, I wouldnt mind omega getting involved with a new fire, police and a hospital building. There are a couple bugs I noticed recently, If you click help, and try to chat with support, each time the bot replies the game crashes. Additionally, we all saw the problem with the contest of mayors last time, I did get duplicate buildings and all rewards because of it. Then we have a new leak of the upcoming season in the apple store updates section instead of mentioning the changes that were introduces. It seems there should be more testing and double checking before stuff goes live. Still loving the game and having a nice time. Just hope these stuff can be fixed and improved upon.
New Big Box Theater release date?
Does anyone have a release date for the new big box theater? I know there is people that data mine. But I was wondering if there is someone that posts the dates of item releases like they’ve done in tapped out when it was running. I could use the information of item releases to plan my expenditures around it. Like I’d like to get the jazz club, theater and possibly the hot rod collection. Any information would greatly be appreciated! And EA if I could partner with you that would be great also! I know that maxis has many social profiles for the sims. I wouldn’t mind being a voice for SimCity and sharing item releases on my profile. I’d love to announce a partnership with you all. I currently have 260 followers on Facebook and just over 100 on twitch. Please message me! I’m a long time player of EA mobile and I like to design. I don’t really ask for anything because there would be audience exposure and inside knowledge of works within the game. I’d happily be a part of the EA family. Looking forward to the Project Rene workings as well. I use a high end iPad Pro! Sorry for the side tracking… I’m still interested in knowing when the dates are.

Hello SimCity BuildIt team! 👋 I would like to share a small suggestion regarding the Vienna Season buildings, especially Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral). I really appreciate the effort your team puts into creating historical landmarks. The Vienna theme is beautiful, and many buildings have very good proportions. However, after seeing Stephansdom in another player's city, I noticed that its current size appears to be 2×4 tiles. Considering the importance of Stephansdom as the main symbol of Vienna’s historic center, this size feels a little too small compared with other Vienna landmarks: Hofburg Palace — 3×5 Vienna Museum Square — 3×5 Vienna State Opera — 4×5 Albertina Palace — 2×3 In real Vienna, Stephansdom is the dominant architectural landmark of the city center, so I believe it would look more balanced if its footprint was increased, for example to 3×4 or 4×5 tiles. A slightly larger Stephansdom would help players create a more realistic Vienna district and would make the cathedral feel like the centerpiece it deserves to be. Thank you for your amazing work and for bringing real-world cities into SimCity BuildIt. I hope you will consider this suggestion. 🙏Cant open a game
When loading it shows bug cannot connect to the city check internet connection and turns off the game. But i deleted the city to start a game from fresh. I also tried login with 2 diffrent emails but its all connected. I cannot logoff from google account. Please i just want to play from 0How to start a new game on iOS 2026
I was told that to start a new Sim City Build It game I need to uninstall, then reinstall to link to a different account. When I reinstall it automatically brings up my old game. How do I link a brand new game to a different account? How do I create a different account?
