Cost pyramid and is it free?
How much costs the new pyramid to reach level 25? I have seen it somewhere that it costs 750.000 but that is so unfair, because you must buy the premium pass and you must buy all the buildings from the album to receive 150.000 extra shovel coins. That is impossible with the combination of buying first all the coins in the temporary shop ( for example the tower of Caïro wasn’t possible without buying something). So can people who doesn’t buy something reach level 25 pyramid?EA refused to restore seasonal currency after fixing issue
On the first day of COM/Mayors Pass/Event Track I collected the first set of 2850 seasonal coins in the event track BEFORE noticing the "grey circle" problem with the seasonal coin store. For many of us, the seasonal store could not be accessed due to some error causing only grey circles. Later they finally fixed the grey circle problem and I could access the seasonal coin store, however whatever they did to "reset" it caused me to lose the 2850 seasonal coins I collected from the event track. I took screenshots and contacted "Customer Support" in the Help area of the game, and over the course of the last 5 days they answered exactly once per day, ending today to say I must be confused and that I didn't spend them all last season. In reality i DID spend them all last season and I am NOT confused. My screen shots clearly show the circle issue THIS CURRENT SEASON, the one collected event track item, and the balance of the season coins showing 0. They just refuse to be of any help and just insult you instead.Lost city progress partially
Hi! I have lost all progress from 23rd May onwards in my capital city. That includes all changes all rewards and upgrades. Meanwhile the regions are fine. Storage materials are fine but I have lost storage space. I have not lost regional progress at all. All changes are intact and so are all the buildings there. I have lost cash,.coin and the keys as well. Meanwhile I also have had duplication of certain materials as well. I tried asking for help at EA but they have done nothing. Worst part is that my game was properly stored in the servers till yesterday June 4th connected to Google account. I deleted it and redownloaded it and it was lost. I tried connecting it to EA but it did nothing. Please help. I also contacted EA but they did nothing, now I feel lost. Please help.
This is ridiculous...
For WAY over a week I have had to CONSTANTLY restart my game. Having connection issues with train/com/depot server. Resuming game also fails to load and I have to restart. I have lost out on buying items, completing assignments, and interest in continuing the game. Reinstalling the game does NOT help any of these issues. This is on IOS. Not sure if Android people are having these problems as well. I know you are a small indie company and probably generate less than 100,000 a year on this game...oh wait. Indie companies actually fix their issues and compensate their players for time/issues. Will we see this happen from EA? after months and months from the apparent inclusion in the cheater section i did my research and discovered that i was actually inserted inside it. first of all i request to be removed from it. i have never resorted to any cheat. in fact, i have even purchased content inside the game several times. i expect an apology and some sort of compensation in simcash for what happened to me. i am an EA customer, who spends money on the content it develops (from apex legends to the purchase of games like the star wars series by respawn entertainment up to mobile games like this one). this is not the way to treat a loyal customer.
My players ID been hacked and someone cloned my account
I need help and simcity company can give me new players id number? My English no so good, but I really try to protect my rights. I believe no one like someone hacked your account and cloned sales in simcity games. I start simcity since 2018 until now….spends a lot money from simcity company. please anyone know or simcity official can take serious look my case.
