Is this a new cheat/ hack. last night’s club wars we were selected against a team with a very strange attack card makeup. They had one attack at Level 1 and the six or seven attacks at Level 20, which included Magnetism and Shield bust. They had NO other attacks, just blank. In just two attacks on two cities they scored 35k points, they knocked us down in less than 30 mins. Just putting it out there, reported one of the cities but it seemed to be the entire team .Pink Pixel Bug
Hello everyone and EA Support Team, I have been experiencing an issue in the game for a long time and I know lots of people have the same issue as I saw from the forums and complaints I read from other platforms. Whenever I tap on any Services or Specializations category, the screen turns into a pink pixel grid and the game completely freezes. After that it never recovers and the only thing I can do is restart the game. Because of this issue, I have not been able to properly play the game for almost two months. I also noticed that other players are experiencing similar problems. For some people the screen becomes completely black, for others the game freezes in different ways, but the result is the same: the game becomes unplayable and does not recover. As someone who has been playing this game for a long time, I want to say that adding new themes or features does not make the game better if the core gameplay is broken. For me and many other players, the first priority should be a stable game without any bugs. This problem needs to be fixed as soon as possible before many loyal and valuable players will stop playing the game.As a long time player, seeing all my progress and effort end up like this is very disappointing. I hope the development team can address and fix this issue soon.The worst update ever
What in gods name did you people do to this game? The absolute worst update ever conceived. I had plenty of money, resources and great city designs that are ruined with this “upgrade”. I am not seeing good opinions on this at all and it is wide spread. I would strongly advise you to listen to what everyone is saying about this or soon become one of the quickest removed gaming apps in recent history. Absolutely terrible ideas.Event Points Not Awarded With Simcash Purchase
For the last week, or so, when ever I have purchased discounted Simcash I receive an error code, today’s being 1905.0.999, and I don’t receive any of the listed Event Points with the purchased. I have lost out on over 5,000 Event Points. I missed out on a weekly challenge building because the Event Points didn’t come through. I tired logging in and out of Game Center and Facebook connection and it didn’t change anything. I have even restarted my iPad. I also checked if the points were there if I logged in on my phone. Who do I speak to about getting the Event Points that I am owed?????Screen freeze
Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but when I’m trying to upgrade services or upgrade roads, my screen keeps doing this (see pic) and locking up I close out of the game go back in it in a few minutes later it does it again. I’ve tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it and it’s still doing it. Anybody else having this problem?Graphical glitches in SCBI - Pink Pixelated Frozen Screen
The game has severe graphical glitches. The background shows black and pink checkerboard patterns, and most of the buildings and structures appear completely white, losing all textures. Some menus and icons still display normally, but the overall screen looks broken, as if the textures failed to load. Every time this happens, I have to close and reopen the game to continue playing, but after only a few minutes the issue comes back. This occurred many times today, making the game nearly unplayable. My phone is an iPhone 11, and it still has plenty of storage space. This issue kept happening repeatedly throughout yesterday. [CM - Edited title for clarity]

Hi Everyone, I’ve been monitoring the performance on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE (8GB RAM) since the Services 2.0 update. I’ve noticed a significant Memory Leak that seems to be triggered by switching maps and visiting the Global HQ. My Observations: Baseline: After a fresh restart, the system shows 4.5 GB of free RAM. Startup: Opening SimCity drops free RAM to 2.7 GB (Game uses ~1.8 GB). Activity: After visiting Regions or the Global HQ, the free RAM fluctuates heavily and drops down to 2.1 GB or even 1.7 GB in peak moments.' The Issue: The game does not seem to release memory after switching back from Regions or visiting the Global HQ. When the free RAM hits the 1.7 GB - 2.1 GB range, the system becomes unstable. Sometimes items in the Global HQ stop loading (empty boxes), and this often leads to Error 17 (Connection lost), likely because the system is struggling to manage the memory and the data sync at the same time. Steps taken: Cleared App Cache for SimCity Simcity set to "Excluded " Disabled RAM Plus (to use only physical RAM). Restarted the device multiple times. Is anyone else experiencing these RAM drops and subsequent connection errors specifically after visiting Regions or intensive HQ surfing?" Impossible Road/Railroad Connection.
Specifically at Tunnel Connection Tiles, I am unable to intersect a "Two-way road" over a "[Closed] Railroad Connection Tile". However, if I place a "Two-way road", FIRST, over an "[Open] Tunnel Railroad Connection Tile", then I can intersect a "Railroad Track" over the "Two-way road" (this being intersecting on the "Railroad Connection Tile" itself). My recommended solutions for the developers: (1) Allow the bulldoze tool to remove Road/Railroad tiles on all CONNECTION TILES. -or- (2) Allow "Roads" to intersect ALL "[Closed] Railroad Connection Tiles" with the road/railroad merge command. Additionally, a "Railroad Track" CAN intersect a "[Closed] ROAD Connection Tile". I request the same be made true vice versa. Building order matters in this example, when it shouldn't, in order to allow full flexibility in City Layout Design."Error 17" (Connection/Sync issues) after Service 2.0 Update
Hi everyone, I would like to share my experience since the Service 2.0 rollout and the recent grace period fix. I am playing on a Tab S9 and have noticed a significent drop in stability. Technische Observations: RAM Usage: Before the rollout, the app used about 1.3 GB of RAM. Now, it has spiked to 1.7 GB. System Alerts: My tablet's device care frequently warns me about the high memory usage of Simcity buildit and suggests putting the app into "Deep Sleep" to save resources. Error 17: i am constantly getting "Error 17" (Connection/Sync issues), which seems to happen whenever the RAM is near its limit, especially during region switches or while using the Global Trade HQ. Steps I've already taken: Cleared the app Cache and restarted the device. Adjust RAM Plus settings Reinstalled the game. Ensureed a stabile Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, none of these steps provided a permanent solution. It seems like the latest update introduced a "memory leak" or is significantly less optimiert for tablets with standard RAM configurations. I hope this data helps the device team to investigate the performance issues. Best regards Bergfels Update/Follow-up *Update: I've been tracking the memory usage during the Contest of Mayors (COM). After about 2,5 houers of active gameplay, the RAM usage increased further from 1.7 GB to 1.9GB. The leak seems to be triggered by frequent Regions switching and heavy use of the Global Trade HQ, both of which are essential for completing CoM tasks. The game becomes increasingly unstable until it eventually triggers Error 17. A complete app restart and manual RAM clearing are required to keep it running for a while. This strongly suggests a memory leak relalated to asset loading in Service 2.0. "Crashing and freezing
I’m using an iPad Pro, and SimCity keeps crashing every time I try to upgrade a service or road. It crashes and I have to restart the device. This is very frustrating, especially when you’ve spent money in the game. I read that it’s a problem with iOS and SimCity. What’s the truth about this, and is there a fix?Design challenges now
Okay, this upgrade BS has gone too far! Trying to finish a design challenge is nearly impossible now, every design coin you make goes on upgrades!! Then my buildings get abandoned.. I was off line 3hrs!!! Upgraded one service and it took all my simoliens instead of design coins so now I can't upgrade buildings to earn enough to finish laying nice roads etc etc. Wtf are they doing?? I spent money which makes me even more upset because it got me nowhere so no more real money unless you make it worthwhile. I spent the past year building my city and had to demolish over half of it, you've made this game unaffordable, frustrating, depressing & pointless. This isn't fun any more & I might just quit if it doesn't go back to normal next seasonWar has changed??
First they take away half our war store and put in half cash, pressuring to buy more of their cash…. Then they add an easy “pay to win” feature by filling your energy with cash, more pressure to buy last second…. Now the rewards for each war arena are changed to lower value rewards and doesn't pertain to war at all…..winning a war should give you rewards for future wars. You took away shop speedups that help with future wars and general city up keep, and instead put plat keys?? Like how does that help with wars at all?? Give us our normal war shop back, just add the 2 cash options like you have before so 6 items total. Take away the pay to win energy fill feature thats just annoying….cash buying is already shoved in our faces everywhere else. Go back to the previous rewards, I really don't get that change like how are plat keys as valuable as shop speed up??
Stop bogus notification please
I kept receiving notification from simcity buildit, something totally trash like your sims hold an election to call new mayor, or your sims missed you. Some are false message like your cargo ship is arrived (no, it is still have 4 more hours to arrive), your new cargo airplane arrives (no, it is 10+ hours), you just sold an item on GTHQ, (sorry, it is sold 5 hours ago, and I am offline for several hours, simcity has no way to get GTHQ information on an offline device). Obviously, those messages are not real game status, but only cheap tricks to asking you click the app. The most annoyed part is I already disabled all notifications from game setting, I still get it every hour! Please, devs, you are insulting my IQ by playing those tricks.I can't find SimCity BuildIt on CH Play even it available before
I had been playing this game for a while when it suddenly disappeared from the Play Store. When I searched for it, the Play Store said that it’s currently unavailable for me. However, since I had already downloaded it before, I can still play normally—but I can’t purchase the season pass because, as mentioned, it’s not available on the Play Store anymore. Does anyone know what’s going on? I contacted the Play Store, and they told me to reach out to the service provider. Could it be that my region (Vietnam) has been restricted?
