Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?  

  

  • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
  • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
  • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
  • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

  • I've done all these recommendations multiple times.  Followed instructions exactly. Even tried using other browsers.  I continue to experience these problems ONLY on Mahjong Garden, & after purchasing badges, it's extremely irritating to not be able to complete a game.  I'll be able to finish a game MAYBE 2 out of 5 times; otherwise, tiles won't match, or some tiles in the puzzle won't even let me click on them - they're "frozen" so to speak.  I've been with Pogo for over 10 years & I love it; however, after complaining about this problem multiple times & still not be able to play the game normally, it's got to be something wrong with that particular game or else it would occur on other games.  Please try to fix this because it's not my computer that's the problem, it's something in that game.
