When you reinstalled it, did you play the tutioral then try to sign in?

So I have to play the tutioral then could take my city back ? I'll try it !
I didn't play the tutioral because I'm afraid that new city will cover the old one .
@SphereDavid i thought the same thing when I had to do it too. But, in the end, after going through the tutorial, twice, I was able to go to settings in the app and had the tab to sign in with my google account....and ta da, I had my city back.

Play the tutioral until you can login Gamer Center or Facebook.(I choose FB)
Then it will ask you if you want to load the saved city Y/N , then it would be back!

- What if I haven't connected game centre/Facebook/google/ whatever to my game and I can't load the game? (I mean it literally won't even get up the load screen, just crashed every time).. I'm at level 31 and will be extremely frustrated if it's decided to crash and I can't retrieve my saved game. I paid a lot of money for the cash bundles at the start..

What exactly happens when you try to log into Facebook and/or make purchases? Do you receive an error message?
Are you certain you have finished the tutorial?

- Actually i fixed the problem for loging in to facebook and gettin my city back by goin to apps on facebook from pc and removing simcity and then loggin in the game. But the problwm still exist for purchasing simcash i reinstalled simcity so i lost my purchases and before i get error 1905.0.999 maybe when buying simcash
That's great news @coolGdude997 (for the Facebook login part I mean, not for the error message of course).
I have seen that message only once that's why I would recommend contacting support directly for that. They might know what is happening. If not they will gather your details and investigate further. You can contact them from within the game. To do so go to the Main menu represented by a screwdriver and a wrench > Help > Contact Us.
Keep up posted on their conclusion.
