Try deleting the skate 3 game data in "Game data utility" re-install the game, back out of the game and re-download the DLC from the store.You will also need to re-download your "skate share pack".

I've tried to check your account but it seems that your GamerTag is not linked to your EA Account (the one you are posting with.)
Can you please try to link your two accounts first?
Linking your Origin ID to your Gamertag or Playstation Network ID
Also, can yo please provide us with some additional information about your issue, what is the DLC you can't get access to and if you see an error message.
