@SunnyEbbaLi I appreciate your frustration and really wish there was a way to assist on this end, but there’s not. Perhaps an EA Community Manager can forward the concern and maybe get a second look...so I’m telling you what you already know - but I do empathize with your situation.
The purpose of my response is to simply ask if you love your club and really enjoy the game why would you walk away? Yes, EA has some major issues to address but you’re really only punishing yourself and your club members by taking this action. If you decide to continue, I suggest you be proactive and take a quick snapshot of your sim cash right before the end of CoM so that you have tangible evidence in case the situation occurs again. For what it’s worth I hope you decide to continue competing and playing the game with your club. Good luck.
