SWTOR: APPCRASH oder auch mal crash to Desktop.

Hallo erstmal.

Ich hoffe auf fachkundige Hilfe.

Ereignis: unter Windows 7 Home Premium, SP1, lief das Spiel auf dem PC so, dass ich zufrieden war (auch mit dem Ton) bis zu dem Tag an dem ich ein Upgrade (clean) auf Windows 10 Home durchführte. Dieses Update führte u- a. dazu, dass an den 3,5mm Audio Jacks kein Ton mehr rauskommt. Das System meldet, es seien keine Wiedergabegeräte angeschlossen ... Treibersuche, ob Netz oder Rechner brachte nichts. Microsoft-Service antwortete mir: Dass das Problem bekannt sei. Man habe das Problem im Fokus und arbeite daran ... ^^

SWTOR Stream (ST) installiert. Lud und startete. Chars alle da, ließen sich aufrufen. DANN: Start einer Quest. Erste Cutscene: Crash to Desk (ohne Meldung). Neustart. Crash to Desk in Cutscene 2.. Neustart. Pc ebenfalls reboot. Fazit: sobald Major Andri im Bild auftaucht und der Dialog beginnt: Crash to Desk. ALSO:

Win 10 runter vom PC und clean Inst. von Win 7 HP SP1 (downgrade). Ton - zerschossen von Win 10 ... nichts mehr los. angebl. nichts angeschlossen.

SWTOR ST: fast so, als würde noch Win 10 laufen. Diesmal aber - bei gleichen Bedingungen (Cutscenes) oder - nach de-Inst. und neu-Inst. OHNE Bitraider und Stream - auch einfach mal nur auf der Flotte nach etwas 3-10 Minuten mit der folgenden Meldung:

Anmerkung: Ich habe bereits viele Änderungen in den Einstellungen getestet, z. B. Vollbildoptimierung abstellen, Grafikeinstellungen bei SWTOR: autom. Video skip usw ... Analyse-Programme durchlaufenlassen, Temp-Überwachung, Speicherauslastung usw. JA, der Rechner hat Jahre auf dem Buckel und SWTOR lief nicht mehr OPTIMAL - aber gut spielbar, wenn man auf OPs verzichtet. Ich wäre JETZT glücklich, wenn er wieder so liefe.

Wie oben gesagt: fachkundige Hilfe dringend erwünscht. Möge die Macht über den PC mit uns sein.^^

    Hallo @Ataxerxe 

    Deine Soundkarte wird nicht gefunden. Bitte schaue einmal, dass du den richtigen Treiber installiert hast.

    <Sound Tab 1: No sound card was found. If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.>

    Schaue auch mal im Geräte-Manager nach, ob deine Soundkarte überhaupt erkannt wird und ob da ein installierter Treiber angezeigt ist.

    Die Probleme klingen mir nach falschen Treibern für dein System, DxDiag wäre definitiv hilfreich.

    Hallo @Ataxerxe 

    Deine Soundkarte wird nicht gefunden. Bitte schaue einmal, dass du den richtigen Treiber installiert hast.

    <Sound Tab 1: No sound card was found. If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.>

    Schaue auch mal im Geräte-Manager nach, ob deine Soundkarte überhaupt erkannt wird und ob da ein installierter Treiber angezeigt ist.

    Dieser Tipp war schonmal super. Ich hatte das All in 1 inst. - aber das genügte offenbar nicht. jetzt habe ich das hier installiert. Ich starte den PC nun neu ... hoffe, wir sehen uns wieder;-)

    Hallo @Ataxerxe 

    So wie ich in deiner DxDiag lese hast du ein 32 Bit Windows 7.

    Versuche mal folgendes:

    1. Starte cmd.exe als Admin

    2. Tippe folgenden Befehl ein (ohne ""): "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072"

    3. Drücke Enter und starte den Computer neu.

    Nun probiere, ob es geholfen hat.

    Falls es nicht geholfen hat, kannst du diese Einstellung folgendermaßen zurücksetzen:

    1. Starte cmd.exe als Admin

    2. Tippe folgenden Befehl ein (ohne ""): "bcdedit /deletevalue IncreaseUserVa"

    3. Drücke Enter und starte den Computer neu.

    Wenn möglich, solltest du aber am Besten ein 64Bit Windows 10 installieren. Dann sollte es ebenfalls nicht mehr abstürzen.

    @RealymanLP Punktlandung! Super. Der Drops ist gelutscht. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf das Patch am 11.02.. 1000 Dank nochmal.
    Win 10 Home, 32 Bit (free) hatte mir ja erst diese Probleme bereitet. Da der PC 32 Bit ist frage ich Dich: kann man denn überhaupt ein 64 Bit Win 10 darauf installieren? - Ein neuer PC kommt erstmal nicht in Frage ... zum arbeiten reicht er ... und Win 10 "will mir zuviel wissen"😉
