Re: Spore: Creepy and Cute Parts Pack Issue

Issue: So I have both Spore and Spore: Galactic Adventures, and I just got the Spore: Creepy and Cute Parts Pack today, and I go to install it through InstallShield Wizard (I got a cd with a code and went from there) but as soon as I install it and go to run my game, I get a weird text file, it's titled as: Exception Report LAPTOP-5DB SMMBA 01-23-18 22.50.14, and my game won't run. I have no idea what any of the contents mean and I've been trying to find a solution ever since.

Theorized Solution: I'm debating with myself to just uninstall Spore and reinstall it, but I don't know if I can use the same code I have for it to reinstall all 3 parts to it. Will I just have to buy a new copy of Spore, Spore: Creepy and Cute Parts Pack, and Spore: Galactic Adventures?

Please let me know asap, I only got the game and its' additions recently and I really want to play it again, I haven't gotten very far in the campaign and I just wanted some more parts to use for it and the creature creator.

Hi @Codr7000

This is a rare error, which can occur if you have installed Spore several times in a row (like 3x). Uninstall everything completely, make a backup of your Saved Games, you Help Directory http://forum.spore.com/jforum/posts/list/81467.page

use the CCleaner (there is a free version)

Shutdown your PC and start again.
Install everything, then add your saved games.

If you owner of the game, you can use the code at any time, you do not have to buy new. It is important that the game is manually linked to your account.
