Need For Speed The Run
Hello, I've seen many posts about this but the EA Forums seem to be useless and a total waste of time. I'm on Windows 11 and can't run NFS The Run. I press run, it loads for a bit and then the launcher comes back up. How is support for EA so primitive? People that pirate the game can play it but ones that bought it, can't. It's also not an issue with the PC, as many people have the same issue so EA need to fix this internally. Please help.

I’m a returning player of Plants vs Zombies 2 on Android, and I’m currently having trouble recovering my old progress. I already tried binding/logging into my account (the one I used before), but my saved game progress is not loading from the cloud. Instead, it just starts a fresh game. It also seems like my current GAME ID is not connected to my old progress at all. I attempted to contact EA Help through a live agent, but after the session ended, I didn’t receive any case number or email confirmation. Is this normal? I’m worried my request didn’t actually go through. Has anyone experienced something similar? *Account login works but progress doesn’t sync *GAME ID appears different or unlinked *No case number after contacting support If so, how did you resolve it? Did you need your old Player ID or purchase receipts? Any advice would be appreciated. I’d really like to recover my old account. Thanks in advance!
Need to transfer Spore to my EA account
Do not tell me to "keep trying contact support", because I can not. The "live chat" AI just tells me to refer to self help that doesn't answer my issue. I need a way to contact support, but there is none - when I try to open live chat, it just tells me that it is not an issue that's supported by it. Please, do not lock this thread without answering the question. The ticket system also just sends me back to the self-help page which, again, doesn't help. Please tell me how exactly, precisely do I pester the AI or whatever to connect me with a support agent? Or is there an email I can contact that will actually respond?Mirror's Edge Catalyst will not launch
Hello, I've been attempting to launch Mirror's Edge Catalyst for about a week now but I stumble against an issue where the process will launch for maybe a single second before the process ends without any error message, seemingly having a clean exit. I've attempted every possible solution I could find online for windows 10, be it editing the hosts file, making custom firewall rules, launching the game without internet, deleting the old save-files and denuvo license file, the EA cache clearing thing, reinstalling the game and the EA app, verifying files, or even trying the game on a different system altogether. Each time, the game simply refuses to do anything more than maybe, once in a blue moon, give me a a splash banner for 1/170th of a second. I really feel like I've exhausted every possible thing I could've done to try and get the game to launch. Is there anything else that could perhaps be done, or am I just stuck never being able to play this game? I was barely out of the tutorial before the pandemic kinda prevented me from playing further.
Can't unlink XBOX account from my EA Account
Hello, so the problem is I want to unlink an old XBOX account that I've completely lost and no longer have any access to, to the account I'm actually currently using, but I'm not given the option to do so like other people I've seen, simply, the option to unlink isn't there at all, so I'm requesting that someone please does it for me. SimCity Buildit
The latest update is supremely awful. I don't know who came up with the idea, but he/she 100% did not process this fully. Small cities are not affected, unlike huge cities (600k-1 million). I hope to God that the devs are working on a fix (either massively buffing the facilities or lowering the demands from the buildings or both) because no veteran likes this update. This update forces players to use expansions to build facilities instead of neighbourhoods. I had to waste two whole expansions (last photo) to cover the demand for water and electricity (the rest are still to be done).
Anthem Disappointment
I learned that the servers for the product we purchased have been shut down. I saw that Anthem has been removed from my library. I am very disappointed. I am speechless. I rate EA's policy zero out of ten. Even if the game servers were shut down, they should have provided dedicated servers for people who purchased and pre-ordered the game. If consumer rights are being violated like this in the digital realm... you can imagine the rest. If not, the seller should have stated this from the beginning. If that's not possible, then the money we paid for the product should have been refunded.Spore doesnt work
I just bought spore on steam, and it says either log in if i have a spore account (which i dont) or register WITH EA, i type in my ea account, and it says something about server issues. I checked and steam doesn't give out cd keys for spore anymore, and i dont see an option to open a ticket on EA offical Support site.Forced Renovation of homes
The forced renovation on homes provides no value to the player. If you do the renovation the earnings is only 50 simoleons and It takes time to get the house back to upgrade for the right number of simoleons. It should be the players choice to request a renovation NOT EA’s.Game keeps crashing and freezing career mode.
So ever since the latest update happened.When I signed up.With Chelsea.When you go into development plans and you go to change your left midfielders to wingers.It ends up freezing and kicking you off the game.I only find out this is only.With Chelsea , no other clubEA GAME CRASH
for the past 3 days now whenever i've tried to get into my game it'll show an error code amd tell me to restart the app or exit it. then when i do try to get back into my game it doesn't seem to work. and even if most times i do get in it can show me different error codes like '122' or '123' etc ive turned off cc and mods and most times it didnt work until i logged off and in agai. the app is getting buggy after the date, theres no inbuilt system to help me identify the main issues of not just one game but multiple others and i really need it fixed.Services 0.2 SimcityBuiltit
Dear developers of this amazing game. I have been playing SimcityBuiltit for almost 10 years now. This means I have seen everything comming and changing. Some updates and changes were good, some were ok, and some are extremly disapointing. The good updates were the updates that gave more land, new areas. Ok updates is trains and space. Though trains is very much pussed. The worst update is services 0.2. Why 0.2 because this goes back in time. My perfect working cities. Main 7.8 milion, others 14 milion people. 99/100% happy. Everything working. Only 2 areas where there is land available for new buildings. Now happines 11/58% and I have to spend aproximately 20 milion Neo to get all the services upgraded. Yes I only use omega for services. I get on average 50k Neo a day. For the next 400 day's I will be busy upgrading services. Bye fun, bye lovely game. Thank you very very much again for the great 0.2 update. Hope you come with a solution. Tearing down the city to get services working again is not a solution! Spending a lot of real money to fix what you distroyed is also not an option! You have to come with a solution!
