It Takes Two Switch – Unplayable (Error 105-80190000) Long-Term Issue
Hi EA team, I’m posting because I’ve had no success getting help through EA Support, which keeps looping me through automated replies and forums without any real escalation. I want to explain this in simple terms: It Takes Two on Nintendo Switch is unplayable on Switch for a lot of players (all using online- no co op) due to a persistent connection error: 105-80190000 – “Your account settings have changed, please connect again” For me and my girlfriend, this completely prevents joining each other’s game. Since the game is fully co-op, this means we can’t play at all. What we’ve tried We’ve gone through every fix we could find, including: Updating both consoles and the game Clearing cache Re-linking EA and Nintendo accounts Restarting devices Trying different networks (Wi-Fi, hotspot, different routers) Switching between 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi Making sure nothing else is using bandwidth Nothing has reliably fixed it. From what I’ve found across EA forums, Reddit, and general online discussion: This issue has been reported repeatedly since around 2022 (Switch release period) There are dozens of EA forum threads and dozens of Reddit posts describing the exact same Friend’s Pass connection failure It has continued through to 2026, with no permanent fix The community has basically had to come together and share workarounds just to try and get it working The problem is, these “fixes” only work sometimes. Most of the time, they don’t last or just don’t work at all. It feels like people are having to engineer their own connection just to get into a game that should simply work. Honestly, this has been really disappointing. I bought It Takes Two as a birthday gift for my girlfriend because we’re long distance and wanted something we could experience together. When it worked briefly, we loved it. But after a short time, it stopped working completely and we’ve haven’t been able to play since. What was meant to be a fun shared experience has turned into frustration, troubleshooting, and ultimately a waste of money for something we can’t actually use. And as we know Nintendo does not regularly issue refunds- especially since we managed to play for an hour or so before it was obsolete. I understand bugs happen, but when a game is built entirely around co-op gameplay, and the co-op system is not reliably functional for years on one platform, it becomes a serious issue. At this point, I genuinely think there should either be: a proper fix and acknowledgement of the issue, or Refunds for those who own the Switch version consideration of removing or suspending the Switch version until it is actually playable as intended Because right now, players are paying for something they often cannot access. Any contact with EA through the website has been fruitless as it is a back and forth conversation with the ChatBot sending me unrelated pages- and any discussions here have resulted in the same 3 questions that have not addressed the issue- then no response. I’m not looking for a refund personally - I just want to be able to play the game I bought. I’d really appreciate: confirmation this issue is known escalation to the appropriate engineering team any real fix or timeline if one exists- or removing the game for the Switch until it is playable It has been 3 years- let’s give the Switch version the love it deserves. Hi, I'm having an issue with It Takes Two through PC Game Pass. The Xbox app lets me install the game, and my Microsoft account is linked to my EA account. However, when the EA app installs it, it launches as the Friend's Pass version instead of the full game. The main menu says Friend's Pass and asks me to purchase the full game. I've confirmed my accounts are linked, signed into the correct EA account, cleared the EA app cache, and reinstalled the game, but the issue remains. Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?FC26 PS5 unable to connect
Every time when I start Clubs in FC26 I get the following error: "unable to connect to the ea servers. please check your internet connection and try again. I tried every t"hing, but nothing helps. I have reinstalled the game, signed in to the servers again, checked my network connection, cleared the locally stored data, and tried the other recommended troubleshooting steps, I have cleared the cache. Other games are working without any issues.Army of Two TDC bonus weapons?
Is there any way to still obtain the bonus weapons on Army of Two The Devil's Cartel nowadays? The G36C which was only obtainable if the demo was played And the Glock 18 if you had the Overkill Edition Do the codes of the Overkill Edition will still work if they are sealed and unopened or are LOOOONG GONE expired?
FIFA 17 Updates/Patches
Dear EA Support, I downloaded FIFA 17 through the EA App on my PC. However, the game was installed without the latest official updates/patches. I have attempted several times to purchase the in-game currency in Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2, with the intent to open card packs. Each time I run into the same issue. I purchase the coins, they appear in game, I open a pack, and they are reduced to the pre-purchase amount. For example, I currently have about 10,500 coins. If I buy 120,000 more, I see my in-game currency appropriately increase to 130,500. If I then purchase a card pack for 75,000, it is reduced to 10,500 again. That math doesn't check out, and no matter what I do the currency doesn't seem to want to save correctly. I tried purchasing the currency through both Steam and the EA store numerous times. I have had tickets opened with both Steam's support and EA, and while I've been able to get refunds, I still can't buy the currency. Has anyone else run into this? What should I do? I just want to open card packs.
NBA Street Vol. 1 + 2 + 3
I ask that you remake or modernize these legendary basketball games for the newest consoles on both companies please. The whole idea of being able to do incredible impossible dribble moves and alley oops is insane but well needed. The only other sports games that can compete are the real actual sports games that you offer which just isnt enough for us gamers. We love sports thru and thru. But the abilities given in these games as they developed and progress shows that it can be redone and made even better with more content for players to play. I know there must be a million and one reasons not to remaster or modernize these games. But just ask yourself this one question what is the point of this company if not to make games that are requested by the multitude of consumers you have? You want to make profits im sure or at least give the fans more games they love to play that makes them keep playing. The newer games are great developers are doing fantastic in making new games. But there is still a **bleep** ton of nostalgic players that play more then new ones and we miss the old games that made us fall in love with video games in the first place. Don't you think that should be enough reason to give us these games as well.
Medal of Honor Warfighter asking for Activation
Trying to launch Medal of Honor Warfighter (have owned it for years but it's been a while since I played and have replaced my harddrive since) and it brings me to a screen telling me to sign in with my origin account and activate my game. I'm launching it through the EA app, it's already installed and listed under my library. I tried going into redeem code and entering the product key but it tells me it's already redeemed, which makes sense because it's installed on the computer. I'm not sure how it can be both active and in need of activation at the same time.
Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warefare 2 Not Saving..
I purchased Plants Vs Zombies Garden warefare 2 on steam recently with the sale and ever since the first time I played its been bringing me back to square one on the pve content and pulling my characters back down to level 1. Its so disheartening every time I try to play. What makes it worse is that I tried every issue solution I could try but with no success. Steam on the otherhand wont give me a refund either... This situation really sucks and I'd love to be able to play the game if no one official is going to help through the multi million dollar companies.crashing game after few minutes of launch
my FIFA 22 keeps on crashing.i repaired game files but it goes around 50% and then pops an error.i dont know whether it gpu issue.i also tried EA recovery and cleared cache and all game local save data but still problem persists.help me sort out this issue.looking forward to quick solution.
