Super Mega Baseball 4 crashes before getting to main menu
I have tried all of the solutions on 2 different PC's.... I'm running the game via the EA APP and it loads until it gets to the main menu. I've checked admin permissions, I've repaired the game, I've uninstalled/reinstalled. I have cleared cache. It did work a few times when I first got it but now it won't load.
Destined for glory event issue
Greetings , appreciate your support for the repeated issue while start the game in destined for glory event , the game start perfect then disconnect within seconds , internet is very good and working fine with other events and modes , only the game disconnect within seconds in destined for glory event , I have lost the loan player games for this issue , I can’t play the event and complete the event rewards, please check and advise. I last played C&C Gen Zero on 09/23/2026, and when I played it again today 09/25/2026, the game states that it failed to fetch Steam App name. I already tried a few methods like deleting the Steam app id text file, verifying file integrity, and reinstalling files (both with local files and deleted local files), yet the problem remains the same. Is there any way I could receive some assistance on managing the technical issue with the game?

At about 14:20 GMT I put in a case about my pre order items, the AI chat bot made a case for me and I’ve been waiting for over 9 hours almost 10 for a response? I’ve been playing all day and still not got the Icon,HOF player, Nor my free 2000FP,? It’s the first year I’ve had issues so I’m not bothered right now but just want it sorted, also just suprised my case has been open for so long with no response Kind regards
