Despite resetting my password and previously submitting a help ticket, the issue remains unresolved. Currently, I am receiving a message stating "Linked Accounts Found," which is preventing me from accessing online features. This is particularly frustrating as I have paid full price for several titles—including Madden and NHLand have had to rely on manual workarounds just to use them. I am now at a crossroads with Battlefield 6, which I am unable to play at all. According to my records, I have only one EA account associated with my email address [[edit: email address removed]], which should be linked to my PlayStation Network ID. However, your system's error message suggests a conflict with other accounts that I do not have access to or knowledge of. Could you please investigate my account and clarify which specific accounts are linked to my email? I would like to have any unauthorized or duplicate links removed so that I can finally use the products I have purchased. Super Mega Baseball 4 Cannot play game with specific friends
me and a few friends bought SMB 4 on xbox recently. i can play with 3 friends no problem but for whatever reason our 4th friend cannot play with us. He is able to accept our invites and join the party but playing an exhibition or any other thing will not work. he will be stuck in the main menu while the rest of us move to thee team select menu. We checked our nat types and we are all open nat types as well as we have tested doing 1 v 1s where each of us try to play against him and we all run into the same issue of being stuck in the main menu while he is in the team select screen.Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook - Sharing
The ability to share on Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook has not worked for weeks. The moderators of the Facebook Bejeweled Blitz Official Fan Club say that the problem is being worked on. Various fans say they are receiving word that when EA stopped supporting Bejeweled Blitz on the PC, EA also stopped supporting Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook. So, what's the real story? Is EA going to fix the sharing problem on Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook and is working on it, or did EA stop supporting Bejeweled Blitz on Facebook, the moderators of the Bejeweled Blitz Official Fan Club are mistaken and a whole bunch of Facebook users will wind up stop using Bejeweled Blitz? I was asked to post this from a chat advisor named Manan. ------------------ Restarted my tablet. Result - no difference. App crashes right before it loads the home screen. Check date, time, & connection. Result - Date, time, and connection are good. All other apps on my tablet run properly with no issues. Check Device Storage Result - After checking Device Care >> Memory and running the cleaning feature, Memory is 746 MB free. Maximum is 2 GB. In use is 1.1 GB. Storage is 5.6 GB available. 24.6 GB in use, 32 GB maximum. App loads to the home screen and crashes after a few seconds. Clear Cache Result - App loads to the home screen and crashes after a few seconds. Clear Data Result - App asks me to restart. After restart, app asks me to enter birth month and year. I try to do so then app crashes. I tried a second time, app still crashes. ------------------------------------------ Manan: The fastest way to get help with PvZ 2 is by contacting us in-game. Select the wrench to open the Settings menu. Choose Help. Me: I can't load the game. I choose the App icon, it goes through the loading process and then crashes before I get to that screen. Manan: Okay then do one thing, post this issue on the EA forum and Our community managers are actively monitoring the forums to provide appropriate solution and information regarding posted issues. So I've been playing Mirror's Edge Catalyst from the date it was released. I had multiple breaks from different reasons but the saddest break of all was when the servers shut down back in December 2023. It was one of the saddest things I've heard and seen. I've played this game for years from my childhood, originally my dad showed me both games, even he was upset when the servers we're gone for both Mirror's Edge games. I've heard that EA Employees and Developers really check EA Forums and take in consideration what you say. I wanted to ask this question. Is running a small server for a classic game loved by a lot of people that hard? MEC wasn't that big of a comercial splash because it was done in a rush but it's a loved game overall. It's the pros and cons make it absolutely unique and unforgettable. EA is a multi-billion-dolar company, I don't think a small server and hiring DICE developers to update the game is gonna make that big of a dent in EA's whole economy. I've recently shown this game to people from my school and more than 80 people agreed that this game or series is worth investing in. If there was a project of DICE making a third Mirror's Edge, then I'm more than happy. But if that's not their plan, atleast bring the servers back. It would make us happy once again. This game does not deserve being ignored. As I said, more than 80 people at my school actually searched videos up of the game and really liked it and the majority bought it. It's not impossible to have sales from an amazing game like this one, it just needs updates. If anyone that works at EA and can get this message heard by higher-ups then please spread the word. More people agreed with me on social media such as reddit, twitter, etc. And even some employees did agree with me. Yesterday I contacted a person named Yash and he was absolutely supporting my idea. So I was playing FIFA 23 career mode and it's as if my playing against a real player, the ai is making plays that it shouldn't be and playing exactly like a real player, I've tested this and came to the conclusion that it is definitely not the normal game ai, as I have been playing FIFA for almost 10 years and haven't experienced anything like it, have I been hacked or is there a third party interfering with my gameplay.
Anthem - Offline mode instead
Leading off that I understand no longer maintaining Anthem since it isn't the most popular game in the EA library and hasn't received and update in years, but that doesn't mean the entire game should be shut down and made unavailable. Players have paid for the game, have supported it when it had gone back into redevelopment to become a single player RPG (that IMO it should've been to begin with) and still play after that was scrapped. To shut down and completely remove a game people have put money into (especially without refunds) is a worrying and dangerous precedent that the gaming community is facing, and should be pushed back on. If you bought a game you should be able to play it, even if it's old, even if it's not being updated anymore, you paid for it therefor it should be available to play just like any game you bought a disk or cartridge for. With EA's push for live service games and reliance on online servers to play many single player games, something like this shows a worrying future for games like dragon age (DAI's keep being the only way to import the worldstate) and mass effect (why do you have to be online to access the DLC??) and many other EA games. One day those servers will be shuttered for one reason or another, but that shouldn't lock people out of playing the games they love. So all I ask, is please push a final patch that removes the online aspects for Anthem, to make it offline only, remove the lobby, let players go out into the field solo without connecting to the servers, let players who still play continue to do so and retain the option so future players can check out the game even though it's no longer supported.
Alice Madness Returns: My progress won't save at all. HELP PLEASE.
Hi there, Happy Holidays y'all. PLEASE help me. I've been playing Alice Madness Returns, but I have to start over from the very beginning anytime I exit the game or my Xbox falls asleep, despite logging in. I'm signed into Xbox 360° and Alice Madness Returns is supposed to be compatible, but my progress just doesn't save. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and resetting my console entirely, but no matter what I do, my progress won't save. Is there anything else I can do? I can't really just sit and continuously play the game with no breaks because I have a one year old so any suggestions would be wonderful. Thanks guys. The issue is with the game I purchased, Spore. When I first bought it, the game worked normally, but for the past few months it has been having performance issues. I can’t play it on my laptop because the game only shows a black screen when I try to start a new world, and when I try to load an existing world, it gets stuck indefinitely on the loading screen. I have already tried repairing the game through the EA app, restarting my laptop, and reinstalling the game, but nothing I do fixes the problem. Recently, I have only been able to play on my brother’s computer, but I would like it to work on my laptop as well, since it is relatively new. Hello, I am unable to launch It Takes Two on PlayStation 5. The game crashes immediately on startup and shows error code CE-108255-1. This happens on both the PS5 and PS4 versions of the game. My console and the game are fully updated, I have reinstalled the game and even performed a factory reset, but the issue still persists. The problem occurs only with It Takes Two — all other games work normally. It appears to be a game-related issue, and I have seen multiple PS5 users reporting the same problem. I would appreciate any official information on whether this issue is known or if a fix is planned. Thank you.
