Mirror's Edge Catalyst Platinum
As it's been known, the platinum for Mirror's Edge Catalyst has been unobtainable due to the servers shutting down a few years ago. The two trophies that make the platinum unobtainable are User Generated Finisher - Complete a User Generated Time Trial and You Can’t Keep Me Down - Get yourself to a user created Beat L.E. It HAS to be possible to delete these two trophies so players can get a platinum. Or maybe replace the two with non-online features trophies. I understand this is a big ask, EA, but this should be affecting every platform for Mirror's Edge Catalyst so players can get their platinum trophy. Thanks.
game currently playing when it isn't
please help?! I downloaded simcity a week ago but it wouldn't play. I tried to uninstall it but it wouldn't let me. tried clicking cancel in the ea app and it's still cancelling! it won't let me play anything else cos it says I'm currently playing a game. I can't get rid of it and I can't seem to find any form of tech support anywhere. There support website is just sending me in circles with irrelevant info, most of which I don't understand. I want to give serious feedback about the gameplay because many mechanics feel broken, inconsistent, and far from real football. Inconsistent foul decisions Defenders can pull, hold, or stop attacking players from behind and sometimes no foul is given at all. This is especially frustrating during counter-attacks or clear attacking opportunities. Similar situations are judged differently every time, which makes the refereeing system feel random. Wrong card decisions When an attacker is through on goal and gets fouled from behind, the game may give a penalty, but often only shows a yellow card. In many of these situations, it should clearly be a red card for denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity. The referee decisions do not feel realistic or consistent with football rules. Pace stats do not feel meaningful A player can have 93 pace, 94 acceleration, and 94 sprint speed, yet defenders still catch up from behind even when there is a clear distance gap. This makes pace-related stats feel unreliable and unrealistic. If player attributes do not matter properly, then high-rated fast players lose their value. Unrealistic shoulder challenge system Players can get pushed from behind with shoulder contact in situations that do not make sense physically, and the game still allows play to continue. This is not balanced and does not reflect real football properly. Team behavior and momentum feel scripted Sometimes the game seems to decide on its own that my team will stop pressing, stop making runs, stop attacking, or stop reacting properly. My players suddenly feel disconnected from the match without my input. The opponent becoming dominant is one thing, but my players should not completely abandon pressing and movement unless I make that choice. It feels like hidden momentum takes control away from the player. Lack of proper gameplay explanation The game does not clearly teach many important mechanics. There should be much better tutorials or explanations for defending, physical play, pressing logic, and player behavior. Many systems feel unclear and arbitrary. A direct question to the developers At times, these decisions are so unrealistic that it genuinely makes me wonder: have the developers actually watched real football matches carefully, and do they fully understand football rules? Because many foul, card, contact, and momentum decisions in the game do not reflect real football in a satisfying way. Overall The game currently feels inconsistent, sometimes unfair, and at certain moments not fully under player control. Referee logic, pace mechanics, physical contact, and player behavior need serious improvement.
My 10+ year old account was compromised and unrecovered
Hello all, As a long time customer of EA and an old Origin user (more than 10 years), it's with some pain that I share the trouble I've been going through with EA Support, regarding my compromised account, today. Today, during the afternoon, I was a victim of an attack that compromised some of my accounts across multiple platforms. The attacker tried changing (and succeeded in some platforms) my e-mail addresses and/or removing 2FA from them. On most of them I had the same Two-Factor Authentication turned ON (EA Account included) and, for that reason, I was able to recover them partially. I have no idea how, despite the 2FA, the attacker was able to change my information without even a single prompt to my e-mail other than various "XXXXXX is your security code" e-mails. As I tried recovering my also compromised EA account (not the one i'm posting this from) with Support, they asked me for a multitude of information regarding it (understandably so). I provided it to the best of my ability, shared whatever connected accounts I could remember, everything I could. Still have the e-mails from Origin and the ones from EA, along with my personal info which is partially not available in my account. Yet, despite all that, I'm being told not everything could be verified. No further attempt was made by support (e.g. ask if i have the e-mails from the account details alteration, old nicknames, etc), despite my trying to provide even information that was not asked of me. I had this game on the Xbox 360 when I was younger and it was always such a great time. I believe it was a two player (or solo) game. I would play it with my friend or sibling and I swear it never got boring. I've mentioned this game to multiple people and they never know what I'm talking about. But this game was so good :(. I remember the first level being in like chocolate land as Homer. And the very last level that signified you beat the game was like Guitar Hero against God. It was amazing. It's only on the older consoles now. They need to remake/remaster this game on the new consoles and PC. It was so legendary and I think that now at 20 years old, this game would keep me so busy. Does anyone else remember this game??
PVZ2 Return player
I’m a returning player of Plants vs Zombies 2 on Android, and I’m currently having trouble recovering my old progress. I already tried binding/logging into my account (the one I used before), but my saved game progress is not loading from the cloud. Instead, it just starts a fresh game. It also seems like my current GAME ID is not connected to my old progress at all. I attempted to contact EA Help through a live agent, but after the session ended, I didn’t receive any case number or email confirmation. Is this normal? I’m worried my request didn’t actually go through. Has anyone experienced something similar? *Account login works but progress doesn’t sync *GAME ID appears different or unlinked *No case number after contacting support If so, how did you resolve it? Did you need your old Player ID or purchase receipts? Any advice would be appreciated. I’d really like to recover my old account. Thanks in advance!
THE SIMS MEDIEVAL
I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this before. I purchased the limited edition disc version of The Sims Medieval when it first released. It installed directly from the disc and originally just prompted you to register the game on The Sims website. It didn’t require Origin at the time. Years later, I was still able to play it through Origin, which was the last time the game worked for me. Since Origin was replaced by the EA App, I haven’t been able to launch or access the game at all. I still have the physical disc and the product key, and I paid for the game legitimately. It’s frustrating to lose access to something I bought just because the platform changed. Has anyone found a way to get the disc version recognized in the EA App or otherwise get the game running again? Any help would be appreciated because I’d really like to play the game I paid for. Hi! I'm trying to install and play my Retail DVD copy of Mirror's Edge on my Windows 11 PC. It appears to install correctly however I was never prompted for my Product Key. When I attempt to launch the game, I receive the message: The game can't start The license limit for this product has been reached. Please visit http://support.ea.com to Contact EA Support for further assistance. I've tried visiting that page, but the AI chat box is useless and I can not find a way to actually chat/ talk to a real human being about this issue.
Anthem game refund
Alright, I'm gonna say my piece after hearing the news. Just recently, and not getting informed. Whatsoever through email that the game servers are being shut down, this will make the game completely unplayable.Considering there is no offline mode that was added to the game at all... I think electronic arts should issue either a full refund for everybody who spent money for the game Itself and any other transactions or issue, a credit that would be usable either on playstation or xbox or whatever system you bought anthem on to buy another electronic arts game of your choice... I mean, I spent, I think full price when it first came out And I played and enjoyed quite a bit of it but i've also made comments to several support staff about the game and giving them Feedback I had no clue until recently. Honestly, that anthem was just an online game only. I thought there was gonna be a offline mode that was later going to be added or already had been added... i bought the game with the intention to be able to pick up and play considering that there are plenty of non playable characters in the game itself... I'm hoping that there are others here.That feel the same way that I do... I gave them income for a game to keep in my library and yes it's a physical addition. I think I should either have the right to play it offline or receive a refund for the complete game that I paid for since the game is going to be completely unplayable.Bejeweled Blitz Rare Gems Unavailable for Days
I can’t select any of my Bejeweled Blitz rare gems. They all say unavailable. Screenshot attached. I’ve refreshed multiple times. I am connected to wi-fi. I don’t have any new content to load. I tried reloading the app. Nothing has worked. This has been going on for days!!!
