Summarize your bug The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection not on EA App library but I have it in my Origin app library. Game does not run with EA app installed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how you can replicate the bug, it looks like The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection did not transfer over to the EA app.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game does not launch and the EA app then displays a pop up saying there is an issue with the EA app.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection added to my library as I have it on Origin and it looks like it did not transfer over yet.

I have The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection on Origin, however when I downloaded the EA App yesterday my game was replaced with The Sims 2 Deluxe and it does not work. When I try to play the game the EA app says there is an issue on EA's end and to try again later. When I uninstalled the EA app and redownloaded the Origin app, the game was there and loaded correctly. If there are plans to replace the Origin app with the EA app I'm hoping this is resolved soon...

    Same here! I haven't heard back from email support yet after messaging them late last week. 

    To any staff that reads this, my copy of The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection didn't transfer to EA App like it was supposed to, since Origin is now being replaced by EA App for PC. The Ultimate Collection is still on Origin, but not on EA App. Instead, the game got replaced by a copy of The Sims 2 Double Deluxe that I never even owned to begin with, which is not the same game because the Ultimate Collection includes every single expansion pack and stuff pack that was ever released for The Sims 2, whereas the Double Deluxe does not. I don't think it seems fair at all to lose my copy of the Ultimate Collection after having it for some years now, only to be replaced by a different collection that is inferior. Many of the mods I have require the Ultimate Collection. ☹️

    Hi! This is my first time posting here and I’m on my phone so I apologize if this is ugly or incorrect, but I wanted to say that I too was having this issue, but I fixed it by uninstalling the sims 2 completely from my computer and then reinstalling it through the new EA app. Everything has worked fine since! I hope this helps someone!

    I was told there's not record of me having purchased the Sims 2 so there's nothing they can do for me unless I have an order number.  I have two Sims 3 games missing as well.

    Having the same issue, and I HAD The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection in Origin, but in the EA App I have The Sims 2 Double Deluxe.

    This can be replicated by being forced to switch from Origin to EA App - had I known this would happen, and I'd be unable to play a game I own, I wouldn't have installed the EA App. 100% occurrence; I expect to see the game I own (The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection) instead of an inferior bundle.
