You need the game or product code to be linked to your Origin account to install the game. If you did not redeem the code you will not be able to install/play the game.

Wait so I can't use the disks to install Titanfall? Then why are they even included if you can just use the key and download from origin? so there is absolutley no way to download Titanfall with the three disks without the key?

The code is the core part of the purchase, the discs are there for players who want to install without a sizeable download. Even if installed, you can't play without logging in to an account which has access to the game.
This is common for PC games, so always be sure to take good care of your codes.
