I don't know if you did anything to the game, like added and update or hotfix, but it works now! You can help the other guy with his problem.

Personally, my review of your DxDiag report drew a blank, and I was going to recommend running Windows' Clean Boot diagnostic test series. If your symptoms return, that's what you should do, meanwhile, I'm not a part of the official bug-squashing club at all. I am a volunteer, killing time while only Projekt Red produces my kinds of games any more.

The other member, whose DxDiag Report appears above, also had no red flags waving at me in his report, so those Clean Boot tests are his / her next step.
