Titanfall 2 physical copy issue

So I just bought a brand new physical copy of Titanfall 2 for the PC from my local electronics store. I put the disc in and enter the product key, and at first it works fine. Then shortly after it tells me there's an error and I need to either restart the installation from the disc or download it from my games library. Not only did it not show up in my games library, but when I try to restart the install off the disc it asks me for the product code again. Of course, when I enter it in, it says it's already been used. Is there any way I can fix this? I don't want to have wasted $80 on this game, it was part of my birthday money.

    @LV1_Crook Thanks for the post. Make sure that you're logged into Origin using the same account that you used when you first consumed the code. If you are, you should see the game in your library, and at this point you can initiate the download without being prompted for the code again. 

    I can see the game in your account, and you have a bunch of other games there too. Are these present in your library? If so, please check your filters.

    If TF|2 still isn't there, please try clearing your Origin cache using the steps in this page: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
