I payed 85 dollars for anthem and I’m getting the same problem is there no way they can fix this because I have xbox live gold and great internet connection as well as the right time settings but still no luck. This has to be the biggest waste of money ever 

You have to just keep hitting refresh bud it will start working

I ma having a similar solution with Apex legends and my time is set to automatic and it is the right time and it doesnt work.  Come on EA.  This is so frustrating.

Turn of your XBOX using the power button. Unplug your XBOX power cord for 1 to 2 minutes. This will clear the cache plug back in and launch the game. I just did this and am back playing APEX legends.

i did all the basic and advanced steps. I can't connect to server sometimes. Even if I did I still can't play with my friends, in other words, I'm always left behind in lobby. Please fix this bug it's been like this for 6 months.

The servers have been up for 4 days. Are you playing from a business/school and what connection troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Clear Mac Address

1. Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

I will try once more but it does not explain why my son (chrissie2003) does not have this issue and I (lvdijk67) do have in more than 50% of the times I play:

- same Xbox

- same Internet/Wifi (I have tried both Wifi and Cable)

Two main differences that may help you in finding the cause:

1) Mostly I encounter the problem in Squad Battles while my son is playing Rivals

2) I am using FUT App and my son doesn't  (I have tried switching off/on Verification Authorization)

Please check all 3-0 lost games of lvdijk67 player ID to detect how often it happens (and see also this does not happen at chrissie2003)
