Forum Discussion

I've tried Chrome - and I can't move the image around in the position window.

I tried Firefox - and I can't save the Game face.

Can anyone help? Has anyone been successful in making a game face any time soon?

Do you still need help with Game Face or did you eventually find a workaround fix that others can find useful if they come across the same situation? Any help you can provide here would be greatly appreciated.

I have same issue. Searching the web, it seems like you need the stars to specifically align with a specific combination of outdated software. A gameface web plugin which only installs on Windows 7, the Unity Webplayer which is no longer supported, shockwave installer (long unsupported), and a Mozilla browser. I have tried other combos and options to no avail. Super frustrating and disappointing. I was really looking forward to finally sinking my teeth into UFC 3 and this not working has been a huge deterring bummer. The issue has been around since 2016. I think it's safe to say there are no dev resources being assigned to this. #Bummer. Wah wahhhhh

This should now be fixed per a back-end fix from the team. If you are still getting some errors please let us know, thanks for hanging in there for us.

I've been responding to other related threads here and on our UFC 3 boards. Based off what we've discovered through troubleshooting it appears to be the user's image that needs to be re-taken or browser related, whether it's a cache that needs to be cleared or re-downloaded version of Chrome or Firefox.

Make sure your image has a close up of your face in bright light with a white background (The color doesn't require to be white, but that helps make facial recognition easier. You'll get the least amount of issues with a plain white background).
