Several things of note on your dxdiag:
- Your SSD needs available space to work properly:
Drive: C: Free Space: 0.2 GB Total Space: 114.5 GB File System: NTFS Model: KINGSTON SV300S37A120G
- Turn off your Intel HD Graphics device, or if using it as a second screen instead connect it to your 1060
- Titanfall 2 is crashing due to a tier0.dll error. Try the Repair Game function in Origin
- dmwcore.dll is crashing which is a Windows related file, try using sfc /scannow in your Windows search bar
It is also worth nothing that background programs might interfer take up power from your system while playing - turn off as much as possible or simply keep playing at Medium settings if that doesn't crash the game.

Also u may do this:
- reinstal vc++:
a) all install run as Admin;
b) before install this, delete all already installed versions;
c) you have x64 OS, you'd install x32 and x64 packages of all versions:
VC2005 (хххххх80.dll), VC2008 (хххххх90.dll), VC2010 (ххххх100.dll),VC2012 (ххххх110.dll), VC2013 (ххххх120.dll), VC2015 (ххххх140.dll)
- download Intel ME, unzip all and run/install it as Admin
- download chipset drivers and run/install as Admin, restart PC
- check for new firmware for SSD by KSM https://www.kingston.com/en/support/technical/ssdmanager
