- check that game use the Nvidia GPU
- also if u use one display set "Multi-display/Mixed-GPU Acceleration" in nvidia driver to "Single Display Performance Mode", also u can try to change "Power Management Mode" in ur game profile in video driver settings.
- check and close\disable all programs like this
- run Origin as Admin, try to play...

all checked except the power management mode which i didn't understand

ur dxdiag log tell me that game use intel gpu but not nvidia... so, give me screenshot of ur current setting for TF2 in nvidia drivers

Set some option to:
"Select the preferred graphics processor for this program:" – "High-performance NVIDIA processor"
"Multi-Display/Mixed-GPU Acceleration" – "Single Display Performance Mode"
"Power Management Mode" – "Prefer Maximum Performance"

done all but the game still not launching :/

hmm, lets install some components:
- download dxwebsetup and run/install it as Admin
- install vc++:
a) all install run as Admin;
b) before install this, delete all already installed versions;
c) if you have x64 OS, you'd install x32 and x64 packages of all versions:
VC2005 (хххххх80.dll), VC2008 (хххххх90.dll), VC2010 (ххххх100.dll),VC2012 (ххххх110.dll), VC2013 (ххххх120.dll), VC2015 (ххххх140.dll)

In command prompt enter a commands then attach to a message list.txt file from root folder of С:\ drive
set > C:\list.txt
tasklist /v >> C:\list.txt - Anonymous10 years ago

run cmd as Admin, type in it taskmgr.exe and press enter, go to "Details" tab and terminate this processes by RMB - "End task":
MSIService.exe - System Control Manager или MSI SCM Service
SUPER CHARGER.exe, Super-Charger.exe - MSI Super-Charger
Dragon Gaming Center.exe - MSI Dragon Gaming Center (How to stop Dragon Gaming Center's auto-start? https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=251442.0)
LCore.exe, LogiRegistryService.exe - Logitech Gaming Framework
GyStation.exe - Gyazo Station
Steam.exe
SBCinema.exe - Sound Blaster Cinema
uTorrent.exe
utorrentie.exe
KillerService.exe - Qualcomm Atheros Killer Network ManagerThorn.exe, ThornHelper.exe - GameNet Thorn и Thorn Helper
Also, if u dont play in any game from GameNet u should delete this services in this way:
delete folder C:\Users\ccrim\AppData\Local\Thorn
in cmd with Admin rights type regedit.exe, then find and delete this keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet\services\Thorn
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\services\Thorn
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GGS\Thorn
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\GGS\Thorn
Also make exception for TF2 folder in "Windows Defender" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/instantanswers/64495205-6ddb-4da1-8534-1aeaf64c0af8/add-an-exclusion-to-windows-defender
Also close NVIDIA GeForce Experience
Also delete folder c:\Users\ccrim\Documents\Respawn\Titanfall2\

Well, tried all... but same trouble
i can see Titanfall 2 on the details of the task-manager but it appears for a few seconds and then it disappears
anyway i'm tired i guess i have i to format my pc and try because i think we have tried everything
