I know coming suddenly coming across an account error isn't the most fun experience when you're diving into a newly purchased game, but our Support team will need to address this. A password reset can help fix this for some players, however if it doesn't we'll need you to get in touch with an EA Advisor to overlook your account to see what's blocking access. There may be account information on there that needs to be updated. As much as we would like to help walk you through account changes, we take account security very seriously, therefore must ask for you to visit the proper channel to get this addressed to ensure the highest level of account security is enacted.
