We're not experiencing any issues on our end and based off our findings this looks like it should be solvable through basic troubleshooting. Have you seen the tips on how to improve your Game Face? 

  • I recommend clearing your browser's cache and consider reinstalling either Firefox or Chrome. 
  • Take your picture again with a white background with a high definition camera
  • Try moving the markers for your face in slightly different positions to see if it registers on your next attempt

    I'm having the same issue (getting to the last step and receiving an error).  I first attempted on Chrome and this happened. I then did a fresh install of Firefox and it was the same issue as well.
